Vacation rentals with a patio in Termini Imerese

We wanted a spot in Palermo to chill after a week long conference and Zeynep’s place seemed perfect. Nice, comfy long breakfasts were possible on the cozy rooftop, and I ended up having to bother Zeynep late night (sorry again!!) but I still got very prompt, helpful responses. The place is as described and as shown in the pictures, and felt like an actual home 😊 Zeynep also offered free late checkout to help us with our late train back to the airport. When I come back to Palermo with my friends and family, I’d definitely choose Zeynep’s place first. Thank you once again, Zeynep! 💙

Das Haus ist wirklich schön eingerichtet. Wir haben es bei unserem Check-in sehr sauber vorgefunden. Besonders gefiel uns die Dachterasse mit Blick zum Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer und in die Berge. Die Kommunikation mit Salvatore hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Gern Wieder:)

Es war alles perfekt, super netter Empfang und viele Empfehlungen für die Gegend. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet alles was man benötigt. Sehr sauber und alles sehr neu. Super ist das man auch einen Parkplatz hat und die Lage ist auch toll, viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe.

Our stay in Palermo was absolutely perfect. The apartment was in an ideal location—right in the center of everything you could need, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just steps away. The space was clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The balcony was a real highlight—after a long journey from Turkey, it was the perfect spot to relax, soak up the sun, and unwind. Highly recommended—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Francesco ist wirklich der perfekte Gastgeber! Er war jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich hilfsbereit und hatte viele tolle Tipps parat – von Restaurants über Unternehmungen bis hin zu einem günstigen Taxi-Sharing-Service vom/zum Flughafen. Auch wenn es von unserer Seite ein paar kleine Umstände gab, war Francesco stets verständnisvoll und unterstützend. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung selbst ist einfach großartig: super sauber, besonders Küche und Bad, und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag braucht – sogar Wasser und ein paar Lebensmittel zur Begrüßung standen bereit. Es gibt moderne Geräte, wie eine neue Spül- und Waschmaschine, und die wunderschöne Dachterrasse ist ein echtes Highlight! Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: Die Altstadt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, in unmittelbarer Nähe fährt auch ein kostenloser Shuttlebus. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Francesco, für alles!

We loved staying at Isabella’s place. We could see the sea from the large balcony and, although the inside area is small, it has all you need. We were made very welcome and shown round the area by Marco who also collected us from the station. We were given great recommendations about restaurants, the local festival and places to visit. We enjoyed the local bottle of wine left for us. Questions were always answered straight away. Portocello and the attached villages are unspoilt. This isn’t a big tourist centre. There is easy access to Palermo and Cefalu by train. Thank you for a great few days.

Luigi’s home in Palermo has everything you need when staying in Palermo. Whether it be short term or long term location is ideal to everything you’d want to see and need. Great communication and hospitality was beyond my expectations. Looking forward to staying at Luigi’s next time I visit Palermo.

Had a wonderful stay in Leandro’s place! Right in the heart of the city, lots of things to do right in walking distance to anything and everything you need! The space was clean with all the amenities you could think of! Would recommend to anybody staying in Palermo! Thanks again! :)

Ett väldigt vackert hus med helt otrolig utsikt uppe i bergen. Uteplatsen och poolen är pricken över i. Cinisi är en underbar stad med både god mat och trevligt folk. Tänk på att det behövs bil då huset ligger en bit från staden. Superfint att vandra uppåt i bergen också. Rekommenderar varmt!

Hat alles besten geklappt. Wohnung ideal für max. 2 Personen. Bett in der Dachschräge nicht für ältere Personen geeignet. Gute Restaurant-Tipps erhalten.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! We got a super warm welcome with some local sweets, which was such a nice surprise. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The hosts were great – always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The location is just few minutes off the main road between Palermo and Cefalù, so it’s a perfect spot for exploring the northern part of Sicily. Despite the road being close, it was very quiet in the apartment. One thing we loved was how cool the apartment stayed – even though it was really hot outside, we didn’t need to use the AC at all thanks to the curtains keeping the heat out. The bedroom stays pretty dark throughout the day because the window doesn’t let in much light. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

This is a lovely place with a beautiful garden and wonderful views. The host is very kind and communicative. There was a lot of fruits cookies and wine for us at arrival. We spent a lovely week here. Highly recommended. Thanks Federica! Silvia

Wir waren zu sechst dort, um unsere Masterarbeit zu schreiben. Das Haus ist sehr groß, es gibt sehr viel Raum. Auch genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten (drinnen und draußen) sind vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum, ein großer Garten, Meerblick von der Terrasse und man kann immer das Meeresrauschen hören. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Zudem ist man komplett privat, was sehr erholsam ist. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind per Auto einige Minuten, weshalb ein Auto empfehlenswert ist. Aldo ist ein herausragender Gastgeber. Er antwortete sehr schnell auf Nachrichten und Fragen. Man merkt, dass er möchte, dass seine Gäste sich rundum wohlfühlen! Rundum ein toller Urlaub, wir planen wieder zu kommen !:)

The stay was beautiful, very peaceful and the house was really big with lots of balconies and space! The rooftop was amazing. Laura was also so extremely helpful. We had a bit trouble with getting around since the taxis doesn’t want to drive inside Carini, just to take us outside the city. So Laura helped us getting a local taxi driver who was incredible too. The surroundings are beautiful, not that many restaurants and hard to find a grocery store nearby, but the ones that exist have really nice and friendly staff. The place is really close to the ocean, easy to take a nice walk. We were really happy with our stay, the house was perfect.

Die beste Unterkunft, die wir je hatten. Viel Raum mit Garten und stilvoll eingerichtet mit vielen liebevollen Details fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. In der Küche, im Bad überall war alles vorhanden, was man sich wünschen kann - extra Badetücher für einen Strandausflug inbegriffen. Matthias ist ein Gastgeber der Superklasse. Die Kommunikation ist einzigartig. Um den Weg zur Wohnung zu finden empfing uns Matthias an der Straßenecke. Matthias ist super entspannt, sein einziges Ziel ist, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen und die Ferien genießen können. Er gab uns tolle Tipps. Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs und nahmen am Abend um 23 Uhr die Fähre. Da die Wohnung am andern Tag nicht besetzt war, überliess uns Matthias diese bis am Abend. Danke, lieber Matthias für alles! Du bist ein toller Gastgeber.

The stay at Marias apartment was very good and we immediatly felt at home :) Also we were picked up at the train station and Anna showed us around in Porticello, thanks for that :) You´re living in in middle of Porticello where everthing that you need is really close, supermarket 5 min. / Pizza and other restaurants 1-5 min. / Beach 5 min... Also there are activities quite close to the house, for example: Archological Museum / Ruins 25 min. / Lighthouse 45 min. / Trainstation 20 min. Like other people in reviews mentioned, the pictures of the apartment are a bit misleading, since you´re not directly at the beach but a small walk apart from it. The pictures of the interior on the other hand are accurate and everyhing that you need is there. The only "negatives" we could mention are that the house is a bit dark and also its sometimes little loud (so if you´re maye sensible in that regard better bring earplugs / sleeping Mask etc.) We can highly recommend staying at Marias apartment :)

Vi hade en toppen vecka. Mysig lägenhet med underbar terrass mot havet och fin gemensam pool. Haft mycket bra kontakt med värden Nicola gav en massa tips och är lyhörd. Lägenhet ligger avskild. Det hörs inga bilar, bara en del boskap som gör platsen harmoniskt. Cefalu finns på 30 minuter promenad avstånd eller 10 minuter med bil. Vi parkerade på den stora parkeringsplats vid havet. Prisvärd och alltid plats när vi var där. Morgondopp och därefter en god kopp kaffe rekommenderas när Cefalu håller på att vakna. Rekommenderas varmt!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft, fussläufig ein wunderschöner Strand (nicht überlaufen). Perfekter Ort um Palermo und die Umgebung zu entdecken.

We loved our stay at Paola’s place! Paola made us feel right at home after a long day of travel, she had left us water and biscuits and gave us some great local recommendations for the following day. The place was so cosy, clean and spacious with local guide books and anything you could need. She had left us umbrella and chairs for the beach, which was about a 30 min walk away. Super safe location, loads of delicious restaurants and a beautiful beach on your doorstep. It was delightful and we had the best time. Thank you so much Paola!!!

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Palermo! It’s fully equipped with everything you might need for a few days in the city, and the outdoor spaces are a real highlight—perfect for relaxing. Do note that it can get a bit noisy at night, but that’s to be expected when you’re staying right in the center, with everything just a short walk away. Massimiliano and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful—highly recommend staying here!

La situation du logement en plein cœur du centre historique est très appréciable . Nous avons aimé aussi d’avoir un grand espace de vie à la déco actuelle, raffinée et le confort du couchage . Tout était impeccablement propre et accueillant J’ai aimé le spa privatif : un Plus , rare et bien agréable après une longue journée de visite ! La communication avec Gabriele - réactif et sympathique - nous a facilité la découverte de Palerme . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir .

we had a fantastic stay . Elisa was the most responsive host I have met. She is so helpful and she is actually in my experience the only host who actually really took care of her guests. The house was well stocked with literally everything. There were bottle of wine, fruits, cakes, rice, pasta, sugar ,salt..you name it ,it was all there. The bathroom had literally everything required like toothpaste, shampoo, soap. Also she was so helpful, all the time We loved her place, it's lovely and well kept. Great location would definitely recommend
