Come and find refuge in this small country house to recharge your batteries in the middle of the forest, to get away from it all (hiking trails, restaurants, rivers, ponds...). Not far from major roads, it is located 35 minutes from Périgueux, and 10 minutes from Hautefort and Excideuil. Parking is available right next to the house and the garden is enclosed, which can be convenient if you want to bring your little canine companion. The house (60 m2) is on 2 floors + a mezzanine-bedroom.

It is surrounded by gardens and within 5 minutes you can walk in the forest. The house has been a personal family home for 26 years and therefore decorated with a lot of care. The main house itself has 3 bedrooms. There is also a little gite, which sleeps 2 persons and a tower that sleeps 2 people as well.
