Absolutely loved our stay. Plenty of room, lovely home backed right on the beach. Didnt even mind that one day was horrible weather, was cosy to stay in and play with the board games. Cant wait to book again.

Our second stay, just as amazing as the first! Lovely breakfast and extra touches. We were warm and snug through quite a stormy night.

Beautiful location the views are amazing. Take time to walk the trails. Walking up every morning to views of Piha was incredible. Easy to cook and be self contained. Loved it.

What a location, and a wonderful space! Tim greeted us, answered questions and even offered for us to use his washing machine to catch up dirty clothes accumulation with our new Zealand road trip, most welcoming. We will definitely use the great outdoor bath next time, a little too cold and wet weather for this time !

The view from the Tea’s place was actually beautiful. Tea is a great host. Would love to visit again in future.

Such a beautiful spot! The cabin is simple but beautifully done. Loved the walks the owners have marked out and the friendly bird life. There’s some pretty frisky sandflies down by the river but they weren’t too much of a hassle up by the cabin itself. I actually did end up having cell coverage, albeit limited, but everything’s otherwise off the grid which was nice and helped disconnect from work. I got lucky and had gloriously sunny days, so no troubles with the solar hot water. Great stay! Could’ve happily stayed another day, which the owners have noted is a common piece of feedback they get and I can see why.

Such a relaxing, beautiful space - just like the photos. The bed was so comfortable and the house was warm. A well thought out space, decor and design is stand-up, with everything needed. We loved the private deck with views of the mountain. Having a spa bath and sauna just for is was a treat. Sam was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and is saved as a favourite. Thanks

The treehouse is an amazing little place to stay to get away and relax. So peaceful and charming. Joanna is a great host, very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Most excellent accommodation. Interior and design is modern, classic and unique. Great use of space. Love the black accents. Bed super comfy. Shower is fantastic.Has all you need. Simon turn on the heating before we arrived, so cosy. Love the sheep and hens antics.

Beautiful location and accomodation. The description/pictures were very accurate, and check-in instructions clear. The cabin was set up beautifully and even though we arrived with cold weather, it was very cozy and warm inside. Lots of ammenities to make a pleasant stay, and the highlight for us was absolutely the spa and night sky. Everything we needed was provided, and the birdsong/kiwi calls/bushland surrounding was stunning. Highly recommend for a getaway!

Very private and quiet. The host is friendly and helpful, the place was very clean and had all we needed and more. The fire pit and the hot tub really add to the atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay.

What an absolutely incredible find! 🤩 We wanted a cozy getaway from Auckland and I’m so so glad we found Hayley and Matt’s place! The tiny home is beautifully set up - it feels really spacious and homely, and had everything we need (including some lovely touches like homemade cookies and great coffee). The spa was so great to have access too, and despite being close to the main house everything was completely private and felt like our own little getaway. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

Great place to spend a weekend, whether you’re looking to kayak, do a bit of snorkeling or fishing, or just walk along the beach and have a picnic. Will definitely be back in summer or on a sunny winter weekend to do some spearfishing. The accommodation was clean and tidy, Mike was awesome showing us around and what we can do around the area. Highly recommend!

David and Haylee have the most beautiful accomodation. It’s a lovely home away from home. Morning coffees overlooking the vineyard and ocean, sunset saunas and private wine tasting made it extra luscious. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a little peace and quiet away from home.

The most amazing wee getaway with absolutely incredible views. A great place to unwind and recharge in the quiet. Would absolutely recommend a hot bath under the most incredible night sky of stars.

Yasmin's place is so peaceful and private, and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time here, being so close to the ocean with such incredible views! We'd be very happy to come back some day.

The Dome is a lovely and peaceful getaway and was a highlight on my road trip in NZL so far. Birds chirping, wind softly stroking the plants: exactly what you would expect from a more private & quiet accomodation to relax & calm down. It's really worth to get to the Dome before it is dark and to soak in the atmosphere in the lovely garden. If you are lucky with the weather, you might be greeted by a sky full of stars at night. I was greeted kindly and the instructions on how to get to the accomodation were very clear. Definitely recommendable!

Could not recommend this beautiful spot more — it’s cosy, peaceful, and just feels like home away from home. Chanel is a great communicator and gave easy to follow instructions well ahead of time. Place has all you can need and more, and the bath was glorious. Thank you again for having us — we can’t wait to come back soon!
