We had a lovely stay with family in this villa, welcoming with its refined decoration, beautiful garden and beautiful size swimming pool. The plancha and the sheltered terrace are ideal for summer meals.

Family stay with 6 adults and 1 child (30 months). Beautiful house not overlooked in a quiet residential area. Pros: Self check-in. Pleasant and spacious living room, what it takes for the little ones (umbrella beds, high chair and even waking mat), Heated and good-sized pool, Sufficient and comfortable outdoor furniture. Aldi 2 steps away, green coulee 5 minutes away with children's play areas, beach 30/35 minutes walk. We stayed in this listing for 4 days to celebrate the new year, there were 10 of us + a baby. The house is spacious, everyone had their space and privacy. The stay is very large and very pleasant, especially for rainy days. Many board games and activities (foosball, darts, ping pong table) are offered, as well as a large number of bikes and helmets for walks! We had a small heating problem, but Gaspard was very responsive. Traveling with a baby, and in the absence of a changing table in the house, Gaspard also offered to buy one to equip the accommodation on our arrival, thank you very much for that! The house is ideally located, close to La Rochelle and the Île de Ré bridge. We all loved our stay, we'll keep the contact details safe and will be happy to go back!

We spent 4 nights with friends, we were 4 couples at the villa chaumoise. Quite true to the description, the apartment is beautiful, with its large living room, well-equipped kitchen and clean bedrooms. Beautiful decor, breathtaking views. Terrace overlooking the sea. Recommended without hesitation.

We spent a wonderful ten day vacation in Manuel’s home. The house was perfect for our needs: very clean, lots of space for our big group, beautiful kitchen and courtyard, great outdoor space (pool and basketball hoop!) and a study with a piano. A delight. We appreciated the location next to the market and a short walk to the beach (15min) as well as its proximity to a free parking area. Quick answers to our questions. Good wifi. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back

Beautiful and stylish house very near the beach. Utterly peaceful and quiet yet 7mins walk to restaurants, bakery and shops. Also the garden is fully enclosed so the dogs could run freely. Easy to also hire a bike and see the beautiful island. Thank you to the Travel Paradise team!

Fantastic holiday, stunning villa and really well equipped. We loved the pool and bbq was great too. Excellent location with easy access on bike to Saint Martin de Ré and also great beaches like Gros Joncs. Sad to leave!

We had a great weekend with family at Adeline and Félix's, it's a beautiful house very well-equipped, clean, pleasant and with well thought-out layout. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to activities and shops. Our host was very considerate, nice and available. We will come back

Super nice house with a great garden. We had a great vacation in Christine's house with 4 adults and 3 children. We were received in a very friendly manner by Christine and were allowed to park our cars in the parking lots in advance. The house is very tasteful and cozy furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. With the new pool, the children in particular got their money's worth. You can walk to the city or the beach very quickly. All in all, a great place to stay! We will be happy to come back :)

A beautiful house in a great location to visit La Rochelle and Il de Ré. The house was spotless and perfect for a family. The kids were rarely out of the pool. A very easy drive into La Rochelle and also benefits from great local services. We will hopefully be back again.

Excellent quiet stay in this large house, very convenient with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms away from the living room. Very well equipped and functional kitchen. The beach is accessible on foot after a walk in the pine forest.

We had a great stay. The house is really very beautiful and modern. The plus is its outdoor terrace and the sea view. Everything was spotless, the living room large and functional. Everything is tastefully decorated. We loved this rental and the neighborhood is very quiet. I recommend it 100%.

Fantastic villa, better than the photos. I stayed with my wife and 5 children and it was perfect. There is even a separate studio that you can use for grand parents. Pool is amazing, space is brilliant. We had a great time.

The house is stylish and rustic and Majid was so lovely. Would love to return to the beautiful villa. The neighbour did shout at us for splashing in the pool but in fairness, we had five children between us and it was 9am. The area was quiet and the Carrefour just minutes away was handy. You couldn’t not have a great stay here. Just be aware that the annexe is completely separate. It worked well for us as two families.

I spent two days with my family in the villa and everything went very well. Marion is really adorable, very accommodating on arrival time and always available as needed. The villa is a warm place, perfect for spending good times with family. I recommend it 1000% and if I go back to the area, I will come back without hesitation!

We had a great time at Emilie's house. The environment was very quiet. The kids were able to enjoy the heated pool. The House is well equipped. Coastal walks are directly accessible from the house. The city center is a 15-minute walk and the supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. Access to the upstairs master suite is via a narrow spiral staircase, not suitable for young children or in case of Restricted mobility.
