Excellent quiet stay in this large house, very convenient with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms away from the living room. Very well equipped and functional kitchen. The beach is accessible on foot after a walk in the pine forest.

We had a great stay. The house is really very beautiful and modern. The plus is its outdoor terrace and the sea view. Everything was spotless, the living room large and functional. Everything is tastefully decorated. We loved this rental and the neighborhood is very quiet. I recommend it 100%.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Agnes‘s place. The house was very spacious and private as it is surrounded by its own private garden. We have a 2 year old son and the set up was perfect for him: the garden was completely enclosed and so was a very safe space for him to play in as we could be confident that he would not be able to run into the road and whilst we had use of a nice swimming pool which was a few minutes walk (in the Domain) the pool was not directly accessible from the house. Finally, there were no stairs to worry about as all rooms were on the ground floor. Our nanny came for part of our holiday, she was able to stay in the separate annex, which was greatly appreciated. The house’s location was fantastic as it was only five minutes walk from the wonderful sandy beach Plage des Prises. It was so convenient to be within walking distance of the beach and near the centre of Couarde, which was about a 25 minute walk. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

Our annual weekend with longtime friends was crowned by this warm and pleasant home. It was perfect to accommodate our 5 families. Thanks to Fanny for hosting us, her energy and responsiveness. we will keep this place in our directories 🫶

We had a lovely stay with family in this villa, welcoming with its refined decoration, beautiful garden and beautiful size swimming pool. The plancha and the sheltered terrace are ideal for summer meals.

Super nice house with a great garden. We had a great vacation in Christine's house with 4 adults and 3 children. We were received in a very friendly manner by Christine and were allowed to park our cars in the parking lots in advance. The house is very tasteful and cozy furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. With the new pool, the children in particular got their money's worth. You can walk to the city or the beach very quickly. All in all, a great place to stay! We will be happy to come back :)

Franck was an excellent host and met us when we arrived at the property. He was really friendly and took the time to show us all the facilities including how to remove the pool cover and work the barbecue. We were really thankful Franck helped us make an appointment at the local veterinary for our dog to get pet passport stamped. The accommodation is really spacious and Franck has thought of everything you will need. The outside space is really big with lots of seating and of course the pool. The swimming pool was just fantastic, top quality, very clean and heated to a lovely temperature. We used the barbecue several times which was also high quality. The bedrooms were all large and bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quite and only 10-15 minute walk through a park to the sea front and the beach. Great Boulangerie in Bretignolles. The coastal towns all within easy access. We would highly recommend Francks place and will definitely look to return the in the future.

Great stay at Didier's in La Couarde! Convenient location, a short walk to Peu Ragot beach, restaurants and bike rentals. Beautiful house, very comfortable heated pool, the beautiful weather completed the stay! Great communication with Didier.

We had a great time at this place, which turned out to be perfect for our Sunday triathlon! The location is ideal, close to everything and in a quiet area, which allowed us to rest well before the event. The house is spacious, bright, tastefully decorated, and perfectly equipped. The bedding is extremely comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. We won't hesitate to come back for another stay!

I spent two days with my family in the villa and everything went very well. Marion is really adorable, very accommodating on arrival time and always available as needed. The villa is a warm place, perfect for spending good times with family. I recommend it 1000% and if I go back to the area, I will come back without hesitation!

flexible check-in. as described. pool maintained and heated to 21 degrees for the weekend of November 11. it was very nice. all the cooking essentials, except a pancake stove 😉 for gourmet Bretons. the Franck and Frédérique concierge available and helpful. rental to recommend and we will come back but longer than a simple 3 day weekend.

We had a great time at Emilie's house. The environment was very quiet. The kids were able to enjoy the heated pool. The House is well equipped. Coastal walks are directly accessible from the house. The city center is a 15-minute walk and the supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. Access to the upstairs master suite is via a narrow spiral staircase, not suitable for young children or in case of Restricted mobility.

We had a fantastic week here. As a family of 7 it provided us with a spacious, clean and immaculately presented place for the week. We didn’t want for anything in our time there, everything was well stocked and accessible. The pool was great for the kids and they also enjoyed playing in the spacious garden. We would be more than happy to recommend the accommodation. Isabelle was always incredibly quick to respond to any queries and was very hospitable.
