Vacation rentals with a patio in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire

Ideally located accommodation, everything is within walking distance in this neighborhood. The place isn't very big but it's well arranged. The neighborhood is quiet. We had a great stay. Thanks to Christophe for his responsiveness during our exchanges.

A great sea view, very bright apartment. Hearing the sound of the waves, eaten in the loggia facing the sea, beautiful beach is great. We spent the week with family. The accommodation is well located, close to the coast, Ile de Ré and La Rochelle! i recommend it!

Karen is a lovely person. We were given a warm and personalized welcome with clear explanations and recommendations. She is also very flexible with check-in and check-out times, despite our last-minute booking. The apartment is in an incredibly beautiful and charming building in a peaceful location with easy parking. It's perfectly arranged and equipped. We were 4 adults and a baby, the area was ideal. I can only recommend this place. Thank you for the short but pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed this place for its decor and location. We felt at home. Well-equipped, neat decor, the bikes are a plus. The sea and the bike path are a stone's throw away. Possibility to buy seafood on foot at the Vivier de la Corniche. For us it was a perfect weekend. We'll be back.

We had a lovely stay at Nicolas and Magalie's mobile home. Very pleasant and very functional. Beautiful beach nearby on foot. Nicolas is very responsive to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. I recommend it.

Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped accommodation, close to the food market and shops in downtown Saint-Jean-de-Monts. We had a pleasant stay with the family.

Very welcoming accommodation with a well-equipped and well-thought-out kitchen with all the accessories we may need for good cooks. Murielle even thought of us women and provided us with a hair dryer. The house is very bright and very modern. I recommend this property and we will come back with family for our greatest happiness. Very pleasant stay and clean and tidy space. Just one small downside, there is no microwave. Otherwise beautiful harbor views and quiet residence.

Great little apartment, very well maintained and nicely decorated. Surroundings are very scenic, with great beach and coastal path. Location is quiet and yet very convenient, with various restaurants, shopping and tourist and sporting offers in the immediate vicinity. Especially for families, the additional offer of the holiday settlement (pool, table tennis, playground, etc) is also a plus.

After a first misadventure with an Airbnb originally booked, we book Antoine's home quickly. What a pleasure it is to find a place that is as described. Very well located, functional apartment where you can find everything you need for our arrival. The places are clean, the location is ideal with a plus for underground parking. Antoine is very responsive and welcoming. In short, I would highly recommend and will not hesitate to come back if we come back here. Very well-equipped and very clean accommodation. As described. ok for 2 adults and 2 children. Hosts accommodating for schedules. Beautiful environment and well maintained. The pools delighted both young and old. Recommended ++ even if the price was on our high range. We would happily stay again! Thank you

An enchanted break on this little island. The accommodation is 2 steps from the port, restaurants and walks on the ramparts . The space is step-free what was perfect for my adorable 87 year old mother, more secure! The apartment is clean ,modern and has a terrace . The ++++ a box for the car!!! Thanks to Marina who is very responsive and will tell you the right restaurant and other tips I'll go back there without hesitation 🙏
