Located south of Brétignolles, "Dunes 1" is famous for its fine sand. The kids will experience the joys of sand castles and surfers one of the best spots in the area. In the evening everything is pretext for the organization of aperitif on the beach followed by a barbecue at home.

Great for relaxation or games. From the garden you can hear and see the ocean, which you can admire from upstairs. In the quiet of a cul-de-sac, at the end of the street, the cliff road, the coastal path and the bike path.

Shops and restaurants are a 5-minute walk from the house. For July and August, I prefer weekly rentals.
