Ms. Agnes was very responsive and Ate Marie, the caretaker was also very welcoming and nice. The house was also super clean and very homey. The rooms, pool area and bathroom were spotless. You won’t feel ick even if you walk barefoot. My friends also complimented the place. Perfect place for a small group. Will definitely recommend this to others 😊

Thanks for hosting us! we love your place. We truly appreciated the environment, it was very relaxing, truly like a retreat. We enjoyed the swimming pool, it is a good size, we were able to use our 2 seater floaties and we had so much fun using it! We like that the indoor space because it did not have a lot of furnishings, just enough for what we really need while on vacation. The high ceiling makes the space feel more open, airy and pleasant. It is also not that far from shopping if you need to quickly buy food or added ingredients for your cooking needs. The caretakers are very helpful and nice, it was good that they are there for quick needs and questions, yet still give you a lot of space and privacy. Your property is very inspirational and is becoming an aspiration for me. We truly had a great time! Thank you once again.

We had such a great stay! The place was super peaceful and the house was spacious and cozy, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The host was very helpful and accommodating, super bait and super dali kausap! 🙌 The caretakers were also truly warm and friendly, which made our experience even more special. The kids loved the farm! They had so much fun seeing the horses, turtles, rabbits, and more. They also have a fire-pit for bonfire(if not for the rain, the kids would’ve enjoyed that too 😊) It’s such a refreshing and unique place, definitely far different from the usual private resorts. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet, nature-filled escape! 🌿🐴🐢🐇

The staff is very accommodating, good location near to the market and restaurants, The house have a lot of activities to do, billiards, karaoke, binggo ect. All rooms has air-conditioning ,bathrooms and very spacious. Im sure that we will be back to this place.

The place is great, clean, comfortable and maintained. The host is very responsive and friendly. The unit feels homey and safe, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Place was spacious. Parking can fit up to 4 vehicles. Secure and gated. Rooms either had 2 queen beds, a king bed, or 6 bunk beds with pullout. We were only 12 people but this place should fit up to 20 comfortably (ad says 30 pax even). Shame we weren't able to tryout the heated pool because it was raining when we were there. Appreciated the big gazebo with all of the dining tables and chairs. Had a flat screen too which helped show the PowerPoint and Excel files we were discussing. Also had a videoke machine for after dinner entertainment -- however the sound system/speakers were terrible. That was the only downside. Everything else was up to par. Good for large groups or multiple families (clan) gathering. Location was solid too -- quite near Tagaytay action.

This place is a gem. Peaceful surroundings. Very private for those looking for a very relaxing getaway. Amenities are good. Complete of what you might need. Friendly and welcoming staff. We stayed here for a day family vacation with 14 people (10 adults, 4 kids), and it was absolutely amazing! The house is huge, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kids LOVED the themed bedrooms and the game room — they didn’t want to leave! The highlight was definitely the pool area — it felt like having our own private resort. We grilled dinner at night and enjoyed eating while the kids swam and adults doing Karaoke. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the hosts even provided a large oven for our pandesal. Beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Great communication from the host, fast responses, and clear instructions. Highly recommend this place if you’re traveling with a big family or group. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

We stayed at Takeda Hot Spring Villa for a family bonding trip and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The villa is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a responsive host and attentive, caring staff. Racquel and Peter were especially wonderful—quick to assist and genuinely thoughtful in taking care of our family. Each room has its own bathroom and multiple beds, making it perfect for our group, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy throughout the villa. The main pool was a highlight — very warm and soothing. I especially loved the peaceful early morning swims before breakfast. The kids had a blast in the kiddie pool, where they could swim and play safely thanks to the shallow depth. The karaoke setup and game room added extra fun for everyone. Highly recommend Takeda Hot Spring Villa for families looking to reconnect and unwind together.

Eunesse is easy to talk to, she responded quickly we enjoyed our stay, they enjoyed the jacuzzi, the water is too hot but we requested to lower it down. care taker was so helpful and nice, pet is allowed with fees of 500 pesos make sure to read the house rules. there are too many flies but they have covers also there's a smell coming from the water I am not sure if it's the normal smell of the water in Laguna but in total we enjoyed our stay.

I enjoyed our stay in Ina’s place. It’s only few weeks new and was able to book it at a discounted rate at that time. Place was exactly like the pics, open concept and really aesthetic if you’re looking for a nice place. Bathroom is also nice with the bathtub, dipping pool is cute! Fully Equipped kitchen. Rooms are adjacent to the pool so you have a nice view from the room and easy access. Which I appreciate. Malalaki yung gamo gamo sa gabi but it’s okay. Di nman sobrang dami para magkulong sa kwarto. They provided bug spray too. May pang karaoke and many games na pedeng laruin as a group. The only downside for me is the loud bell coming from the church which is sa tapat lang sa kabilang street. Super close, so malakas ung ingay ng bell sa umaga esp sunday morning, sat night meron din pero saglit lang. They indicated din nman yun sa description nila. If you’re okay with that then the place is perfect for you. Other than that I’m super satisfied naman sa stay.perfect for small family

Had a great stay here :) the only downside i can think of was because we were quite a big group we bought too much food and it didnt fit the ref :p but i will definitely go back here again with the family cause we enjoyed too much, the place was great and well kept.

The place is very cozy, easy to find using google mal or Waze. Their caretakers are very friendly and accomodating especially Sir Ivan and Ms. Beth. We had our family reunion here and it all went well. We all enjoyed our stay especially the cold weather. The view every morning is my fave part in our stay here. We’ll definitely go back 🙂

Really had a good stay in Innsbruck. It's accessible, just a 5-minute walk from the mall. Despite it being in the middle of buildings, you will not feel that way when inside. It's perfect for those who wants to unwind while being surrounded by trees and nature but wants the accessibility of restaurants and stores. Most importantly, the hosts are communicative and responsive. We had a very enjoyable stay. Just 1 constructive feedback, we just found it odd that the microwave is upstairs. Would've been nice to have it around the kitchen area but it's more a nit that a hindrance to the stay. Will definitely go back :)

Perfect place to relax, the kids enjoyed their own little pool. I love the cool, relaxing weather at night. The campsite was also very near Tagaytay Market. Love the fresh lettuce we brought home upon our check out. I love the sweet pineapple too. Thor and his son are very helpful in attending to our needs.

We loved the Oak Cabin of Camper and Cabin Forest. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and had everything that we needed. The food at the restaurant was good and the massage was worth it. My only concerns were the privacy since you can been seen outside through the front door when outside the rooms especially at night and also I think there’s no way to lock the cabin from the outside so we had to leave the cabin unlocked while we ate breakfast at the restaurant. Still it was a very enjoyable stay and we would book again in the future.

The Green House hosted by Jenn was cozy and nice. it has all space you'll need for a big group or family. all of the rooms are airconditioned, could have been better if the living room downstairs have aircon too! Furnitures and ambiance were nice, wifi is great, but cell signal is a problem on the 2nd floor. Kuya Ronald was responsive and really took care of us. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, so its a good place to relax and bond with family and friends. Jenn also left us some chips as compliments for our stay.

Incredible location!! I love the fact that there are multiple rooms with bathrooms that can accommodate a large group. Fully stocked kitchen! You just need to bring your own coffee, sugar and creamer but its awesome! There is a game room on the 2nd floor perfect for entertaining! The rooms have great views of the lake (bummer the construction blocked some of the view but it is still nice overall). The property is HUGE and private. You will enjoy it! Christy - the caretaker was super helpful, polite, respectful and always available if we have questions! One unforgettable instance is when we forgot to get sugar at the store and she handed her own personal new bag of sugar to us! She did not have to do that! Benedict- the owner was super responsive and always available! We had to change our people size last minute and he was very accommodating to revise arrangements. He also gave us helpful directions to find the property on the map. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a wonderful stay here with our work friends. The peaceful surroundings and quiet atmosphere made it an ideal getaway from the city and busy life. Encountered some insects, but it added to the natural ambiance and made you feel closer to nature. The space was comfortable and met our basic needs. We appreciated the opportunity to bond and recharge outside of work. And we would definitely consider this place again in the future.
