The place is big and will fit a big family. My grand kid enjoyed the small pool. Enjoyed our stay!

The place is the same as advertised. It is fully equiped with gas range, oven, microwave, big rice cooker, refrigerator, water dispenser, shower heater, and heated pool. They also have a lot of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and pitchers. It was our 2nd home in short because it has everything you need. The location is peaceful and we felt relaxed. The pool is warm enough but not Pansol levels. You can also ask Ms. Grace to make the pool warmer. I think this is the highlight of our stay and the whole family loved it. I think the room looks old but they are clean and smell fresh. Linens and pillows smelt clean as well. Beds and pillows are soft and all of us had a good sleep. We wanted to stay longer! Ms. Grace and Ms. Merly was also attentive to our questions and requests. They were warm, easy to talk with and responsive. All in all, it was an excellent stay. Will not think twice to recommend this place to our friends and colleagues.

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! We definitely recommend staying here!

Went with my officemates (12 pax) for our planning session and everyone was asking how much did we book the place. My workmates appreciated the place. It was beautiful! What we liked most: - carefully selected / themed furniture - ACs in the rooms and entertainment area. There were even fans in the dining area. - Not common in Airbnb is having an ice maker. It simplifies having gatherings as you don't need to bring tube ice - Fast wifi connection - Welcoming caretakers especially Chris - the beds were very comfortable. We snoozed to sleep after. - There were bath towels for each guest. But the extra and unique to the place is that they provided pool towels as well. - gas powered griller - The ambience was really relaxing We enjoyed our stay in Two Pines. The place was beautiful, as seen in the post. It was neat and spotless. We checked in late at 8pm the caretakers thought our booking is cancelled and didnt expect our arrival, so it took a while for the acs to cool, the rooms were humid bc it is summer.however the pool was too cold to swim in, esp the kids had to swim at night. I hope their schedule to heat up the pool is flexible depending on the guests arrival.the kids didnt swim for long since it was too cold. Overall our stay was fun and we had everything we needed from the place, thanks for the free bread and coffee and welcome peanuts.

Had a wonderful stay with my family at Joy's place. Beautiful garden and cozy bedrooms with clean toilets and shower. The pool was nice and clean. 1st day was extra hot inside the house though, the airconditioning was not enough to cool down the place on a very hot summer day. The next days were fine. could use an additional airconditioner in the common area for the hot seasons. I can imagine however that it will be nice and relaxing on colder seasons even without one. Thanks to Joy for being responsive to our requests. We had a great time.

Had a great stay at this place! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Perfect for a short getaway. The host was responsive and made check-in smooth. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable short-term stay.

This was my first time booking a place for my mom's birthday celebration and it did not disappoint! A few things that stood out for me (and my family) were: 1. The host and caretaker were responsive to my inquiries and needs 2. The people there (and even the ones in the neighborhood) were reallt warm and helpful 3. The place felt private, intimate and peaceful 4. The inside of the cabin + rooms was tidy and neat 5. Aircons were fully functional 5. Wifi connection was good 7. Utensils and amenities felt really luxe and clean A few concerns: 1. The shower in the outside bathroom was broken and the water was minimal 2. There were many bugs/mosquitoes outside so best to bring some off lotion and "katol" to get rid of them 3. The place can get really cold at night so best to bring something to keep you warm Overall, the description of the place was everything you'd expect and we had a lovely time during our stay. Wish we could stay for a longer period!

This is my second time to stay here in this airbnb. The reason we booked it for the 2nd time was because we were amazed of how it looked the first time we visited, which was during Christmas season. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room has all the amenities you will need, and the pool is cool for summer getaways. The caretakers are also very kind and attentive. Definitely, will come back again.

Anthony’s place feels feels like home. The surrounding is peaceful, lots of things to do like swimming, basketball or tennis. The subdivision is clean and lots of green around which is very relaxing if you need some time to unwind, and rest. The space is clean and everything you need is available. He is also very responsive and considerate. The place is near supermarket and restaurants. We would like to stay in his place again :)

Kathreen's place is such a gem! place is clean and location is good (has restos and convenience store nearby). Host is very responsive. The place has spacious rooms with complete amenities. The pool and bonfire area is a nice touch together with the very homey vibe of the place. Overall, this is a rare find and will definitely recommend.

The most generous and personable hosts. The farm is their home, and they generously share it with guests taking “mi casa es su casa” quite literally. We stayed with our toddler, Doberman, and driver. We occupied both guest houses and really enjoyed the retreat into nature. Tagaytay weather was incredible, and if it got a little hot during the afternoon a strong working AC in the rooms was a quick solution. The WiFi connection was great, and we enjoyed having Netflix and YouTube during the times our toddler needed a little break from all the farm action. The accommodations themselves didn’t have en-suite bathrooms but they were just a few steps away and we were given our own private bathrooms where we were able to keep our things. They were extremely clean and spotless, and shower tiles were toddler safe. Food was delicious and fresh, and they offered a relaxing massage service. Be sure to ask about their healthy products that they sell- we came home with a few! 10 star stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect. Fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. You can tell a lot of care and thought went into making this a great experience. We had a very nice experience at Balai Singko. We actually rented the place for prenup shoot and Ms. Dianne was kind enough to let us check in early. She was very responsive. The cabin has very beautiful interiors. The area was calm and peaceful, perfect for lazy staycations. We hope to visit for a vacation next time. :)

This Airbnb was truly a “what you see is what you get” kind of stay in the best way possible. It’s hands down the best one I’ve booked so far, from its stunning architecture to its thoughtfully designed interiors that serve both form and function. The location is also a big plus, very accessible and just past Twin Lakes Hotel, making it easy to find and close to key landmarks. I hosted an intimate girl dinner party with my bffs, and it was such a bonus that the place stayed quiet and peaceful even with the other unit occupied by a group as well. Kuya Marcon, the caretaker, was superb, extremely helpful and proactive, even cleaning the place and the pool in the morning without us needing to ask. The space is also perfect for big groups, with spacious bedrooms offering a total of five double beds, three in Room A and two in Room B, plus a cozy loft area with a pullout. Would definitely recommend and book again.

we had a great stay! polla and cuong were very swift in replying. the place was really nice, peaceful, and very spacious, perfect for a quick getaway from the city. the helpers were also very responsive! although convenient stores arent walkable but near enough to drive to i'd easily recommend this place to my peers :) excited to see more improvements!

great place to unwind with kids. we took their phones away and just spent the time in the farm. best tging about it is we get to bring our pups too. secluded area but you will feel safe. internet's a little spotty but thats the thing, you have to disconnect from the busy world when you are here. you'll never run out of activities! hopefully next time, we get to stay longer!

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Cham's place. The unit is big, clean and as described. The space is more than enough for our family of nine adults, very comfortable; the bedrooms and bathrooms are big. The host is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I would recommend Cham's place for Tagaytay staycations.
