Monthly Rentals in Talence

During my internship, I enjoyed staying in a small but well-equipped apartment with a spacious balcony. The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from modern amenities to a cozy atmosphere. The highlight was the balcony, which provided a perfect relaxing spot after work. The location was also convenient, making it easy to commute. If I have the opportunity to return, I will definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Valentin's place is very well located at the entrance to the science faculty, in the heart of a lively area of Talence and a 2-minute walk to the tram! It is functional, cozily decorated and well arranged. Only the common areas of the building are disappointing but you forget about it once in the apartment. I had to go with my daughter to immersion days at the university. We had a pleasant stay, I was able to work in the apartment, my daughter was able to walk to the university and we reached the center of Bordeaux in 15 minutes!

Anicia's place is welcoming and warm. It feels very good in terms of comfort, amenities and location which is close to shops and means of transport.

Apartment according to the presentation on site. The setting was perfect for my recovery following an operation. If I have to go back to Bordeaux, I will rent this apartment again. Highly recommend this apartment.
