We are a 10 minute drive from the airport 200m from bus stop (line 4) to Bordeaux 10 mins walk to tram B to Bordeaux 2 km from Pessac train station. Proximity to Xavier Arnozan, Haut Lévêque, St Martin, mutual clinic from the Bordeaux university campus (4 km). The Monteil bakery, 600 m away, serves breakfasts, sandwiches, salads, and set meals.

Our house is located in the heart of the village, 500 meters from the aerocampus site and the welding institute. This is a room in our house. There are 5 bedrooms in total. We occupy 2. We offer two for rent. We dedicate a bathroom to our guests, to share when the 2 Bedrooms are rented. Each bedroom has a large 140 x 190 bed and an 80 x 190 adult bed We will limit access to the rooms to 3 people, including babies.
