Comfortable studio with private outdoor space, quietly located in our garden in the middle of Talence (independent access). You will find a living room with an equipped kitchenette, storage, a sofa bed (140 cm x 190 cm bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and air conditioning. Linens provided. Close to transportation, Chaban Delmas stadium, and universities. A 15-minute walk from the center of Talence and Les Halles, ideal for visiting Bordeaux, studying or teleworking.

Located in the village center, the Ermitage cottage welcomes you to a lush, green setting where peace and quiet reign. The accommodation is situated in a former wine cellar attached to our home. It has a separate entrance. There is a bakery, a bar and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a florist, a restaurant, a deli, a pizzeria, and a supermarket. Relaxation: the banks of the Garonne for a sunset / hiking trails for beautiful walks on the hillsides of the Entre-Deux-Mers region.
