Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Talamanca

The hot tub was amazing, the bathroom and all of the rooms were spacious, the WiFi was fast, and communication was excellent. This place was definitely an experience for city folk like us. If you want to feel like you’re in the jungle as you sleep, this is definitely the place to choose. For those that are noise sensitive, it’s worth mentioning that those jungle noises can get loud enough to awaken you in the night (particularly the howler monkeys)

First time in Costa Rica, and I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was attentive, and the beach house was more than expected. The private beach was less than 2min away, and breathtaking. The included breakfast was disappointing at first: fruits, bread, butter and jelly, but it was filling. I loved the guava jelly, and my boyfriend enjoyed the fruit. I would recommend this to anyone looking for privacy, tranquility, and nature. Best place to stay on the Caribbean coast.

A beautiful Property with even better energy! I had some bumps in my plans throughout and Paulo treated me like family keeping me safe. He went above and beyond to help and make those around him feel comfortable. His energy is amazing and he’s a great cook!! Definitely worth paying extra for his meals. Thank you so much Paulo!!

What a beautiful cottage. And everyone is so friendly. Everything is super neat and clean . Highly recommended!

This is truly a unique experience. The 2 houses are gorgeous. Much thought and love went into the construction of the homes and it shows. The property has its quirks, but all feed the uniqueness and will give true costa feel. Tons of wildlife right there in the yard. We were able to see a sloth Mom and baby cruise up and down a tree in the back yard (Jeff showed us where to look). We saw dart frogs, and several types of birds. I loved being able to hear nature all around through the day and night. Jeff went absolutely above and beyond to insure things were comfortable. And was a message away when needed. A splendid host. The area was exciting as well. Lots of great restaurants and bars. Really cool beaches and nature preserves near by. Loved it here. We hope to come back soon.

Overall was amazing, there was a little delay with the checking but it was not their fault Also on one of the rooms the AC was a portable one, which is not the same but it works, as well it is understandable A few points to improve would be. Dishwasher: It was some bar soap. It would be great to have real dishwasher soap or liquid soap. Ceiling fan on mezzanine. There was a regular fan but sometimes it is very hot and a ceiling fan would be amazing.

A magical quirky memorable stay. Submersed right in nature, right next to a stunning beach. Maria and Marta were unbelievably helpful, had a stressful last day trying to get transport to tortuguero and they tried everything until sorting something for me 🙏 Great vegan place to eat across the road, supermarket close by. The cahuita snorkelling tour was incredible and got to swim with a shark. Really was one of my most favourite stays. Thank you so much Pura Vida
