House vacation rentals in Talamanca

Villa Blossom is first and foremost an amazing value, and second off all beautiful, peaceful, welcoming, and easy! The grounds hosted an insane amount of gorgeously curated plants, trees and flowers! The pool, yoga pavilion, and all common areas were perfect! The staff and hosts were super helpful and attentive if you needed anything or extra services (get a massage! it was amazing). There is a super market attached, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were super comfy! Just in case your like us and didn’t realize, this is basically two hotel rooms next to each other with a shared outdoor space, and kitchen, there is no living room/couch! We didn’t find this to be an issue (and we had and 8year old) but it would be nice to have a hammock or something. Say hi to the local kitty if you go, and keep an eye out for frogs, Aguitas, SO MANY hummingbirds and other wild life!

Beautiful place. Perfect for me & two kids in 20s. Very connected to the surrounding nature, sounds of howler monkeys and birds . Clean and refreshing pool with waterfall. As beautiful as pix. Short walk (5-10 minutes) into town, beach and national park . The 2 smaller bedrooms could hear nearby partying late into the night ( but I didn’t) . Could have used more prior advice about pros and cons of getting there ( rental car, Caribe shuttle or plane to Limón ) but Kirsten was very responsive once we were there . Had a blissful time!

It was the best place to stay near Puerto Viejo! The pool was amazing. Jenny and her family were very kind. Thank you for making our stay more than perfect.

The photos don't do the place justice: it's even more charming in person. Here, there are no car or motorcycle noises, only the singing of birds, frogs and monkeys. On one occasion we went out without my dog, she stayed outside and everything was perfectly locked and safe for her, so we didn't have to worry about anything. The place is really beautiful, quiet and very clean. Also, the host always responded immediately, which made everything easier. I recommend this place with my eyes closed, we spent three spectacular days and I would definitely come back.

Wow!! What a spectacular and beautiful home and experience. Agatha was the loveliest host with a beautiful home that she designed herself. The love and care she put into every aspect of this home and experience is 5 star. The views are jaw dropping and the time in the the infinity pool was epic. The home was spotless and very comfortable with an exceptional design. I cannot recommend this home enough! I would say it is probably one of the top homes in the area. I loved the place! really peaceful with beautiful gardens. It rained a lot, but that's tje Caribbean in CR. The place is really closed to restaurants and beaches. You can go by car or bike. The kitchen has the necessary. I will come back definitely

Just wow. What a beautifull house in the middle of the jungle nearby one of the best beach of the zone. So comforrtables that every room has his own bathroom. The view of the office for working makes you wanna live and stay there. Thank you so much for this space!

Well first off the pictures do not do it justice whatsoever. It is spacious and the look and feel of being in a home made entirely of wood feels amazing. The sounds of the jungle come alive more so at night while ur sleeping and gets even better at the crack of dawn. Don't think twice about booking here everything is close by and walking distance. Best part is Cahuita's National Park entrance is maybe 5 min drive near the house and white sand beach is at this entrance side as well. I will highly recommend without a doubt this place is amazing and the best place I have stayed in Costa Rica 🇨🇷 thus far. Good luck 🍀 Pura Vida!✌️

Stayed here for 8 days, and loved the house. Pre trip I was worried about the lack of AC but the fans they provide made it bearable. House was very clean when we arrived and they also offered a free cleaning halfway through which was perfect for us. We spent majority of our time on the comfy couches on the patio & in the pool. Saw many agotti, toucans, and butterflies from our place and loved the greenery. Would definitely recommend renting a vehicle if staying here, the road leading up is pretty steep and rocky. The howler monkeys and bugs can tend to get loud at times, I brought ear plugs because I'm a light sleeper and it helped a lot. The managing team was very responsive and answered all questions within 40 min or so even at night. Place is beautiful and definitely one of the better homes in the area.

Wonderful stay! It’s in the middle of nature, so great for animal sightings! The place is very comfortable, with a lot of space. The bed is comfortable, there’s hot water and good wifi. The outside kitchen is great and all sufficient utensils are in the kitchen. The host is very friendly and helpful! I would stay again for sure!

Recommend it 1000%. 1 month stay. The house is much better than the pictures show. The bedroom is massive and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked and David provides much, much more than most hosts in this region of the world, including adequate soap, and even binoculars for wildlife viewing. The house feels new and seems like it is in the middle of the jungle but it's location could not be more perfect. Walkable to world-class beaches, grocery stores, restaurants etc. Uber quick here. David is a great guy and equally wonderful host. Superb value rental.

Absolutely loved staying at this property! We were looking for a quiet but comfortable place to relax and recharge and that is exactly what we found. We loved rinsing off in the outdoor shower when returning from the beach and having the filtered water station to rehydrate. We also love listening to the sounds of the jungle while resting and relaxing on the outdoor porch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a wonderful stay at Tracie and Terry’s place. They were very welcoming and had a few grocery items to get us started. We were also treated to some of Tracie’s baking - her chocolate chip cookies are amazing! The kitchen was very well stocked of everything you’d need. The wrap around porch is gorgeous and the view from the back of the house makes you feel a world away. This is a great opportunity to spot birds and other wildlife. We were very lucky to see many Green McCaws and Toucans in addition to others. You are a little out of town so I’d recommend having a vehicle. We love the ability to go explore town and then return to the peace and tranquility of the house. The house is well laid out. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The fans are great and work well to keep the house cool. No need for AC. The house is well maintained. Tracie and Terry were there if needed but not at all intrusive. They had great local recommendations. We hope to visit again.

Excellent place to stay in Playa Chiiquita. Quick, easy walk to the beach access, on a small dead end road, super clean, wonderfully comfortable, nice refreshing pool, beautiful garden, and very responsive host. Highly recommend except for perhaps by doing so it might be hard to get a reservation next time ;)

We had such an amazing time at Sarah’s place! Very serene and less than 3 minute walk to the beach. There is so much to do in this area and rides to town are easy to coordinate with Banana Azul hotel just down the street (or you can rent bikes or drive). The Banana Azul hotel also has a great restaurant right on the beach. The bedroom villa has a wall air conditioner and fan above the bed, so it was very cool at night. It was so amazing to wake up to the monkeys and toucans every morning. Sarah also helped to arrange massages and an incredible meal by Chef David. I can’t say enough good things about our stay we’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely beautiful home. It really allows you to enjoy Costa Rica’s wildlife! Would stay again just for the outdoor living experience. There are a lot of bugs in the home, kitchen was not clean, and coffee pot takes about 30 minutes to make a whole lot. It also says that the beach is steps away but it is really about a 5 minute drive.

Everything is wonderful, a beautiful, comfortable and private place to rest and have a good time.

We liked the house very much, the host helped me with all my questions from the day I contacted him and was attentive at all times! The rooms are well equipped, the bathrooms are spacious... I hope to be back!

Very grateful to Andrés, super attentive and cordial. He immediately answered all our questions and was willing to help us with what we needed. The accommodation is beautiful, much more beautiful than in the photos, it has everything you need to spend a comfortable and relaxed stay in the South Caribbean. The house is easy to access, surrounded by nature, the decoration is super nice. We will definitely be back.

This place is ideal for those who want to be close to the beach, but not in the center of town. In a tiny gated group of 5 houses, surrounded on all sides by dense fauna, this place feels private. Of very new construction, it is comfortable and modern, with a beautiful pool and gorgeous landscaping. Your neighborhood iguanas and Toucans will wake you in the morning:). It isn't on the beach, but a very short walk to the beach. There is also a grocery store, a couple of small restaurants, and a very small resort all in walking distance. The host is responsive and happy to make (good) recommendations. We heartily recommend this place.
