Puerto Viejo town with all amenities and nightlife only a few km away (7 min by car). Small grocery shop and restaurants within walking distance. Garden full of flora and fauna, monkeys , toucans, etc. are usually seen . Sea is usually calm, clear and very safe for swimming and snorkeling.

Paradise with a pool + beach access

We had such an amazing time at Sarah’s place! Very serene and less than 3 minute walk to the beach. There is so much to do in this area and rides to town are easy to coordinate with Banana Azul hotel just down the street (or you can rent bikes or drive). The Banana Azul hotel also has a great restaurant right on the beach. The bedroom villa has a wall air conditioner and fan above the bed, so it was very cool at night. It was so amazing to wake up to the monkeys and toucans every morning. Sarah also helped to arrange massages and an incredible meal by Chef David. I can’t say enough good things about our stay we’ll definitely be back.

This place is absolutely beautiful!!! It has everything you need and was very clean. Pedro and Sylvie are the best Hosts. They are always there if you need anything and can help you find local places. The house is just a few steps to the ocean. The view from the upstairs living area looking out to the ocean is breath taking!! We saw Sid the sloth several times along with lots of birds and a monkey!! We enjoyed the pool and used the BBQ pit - which is really great! The house and grounds are just beautiful so much more than the pictures!!! I did not want to leave and I'm planning a trip back just as soon as possible!

Maya was great! Very responsive and helpful. Her place was exactly as described. Cleanliness is my number 1 priority and it met my expectations. The bed was comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely book this place again!

Absolutely amazing! We stayed here for three nights, starting off our honeymoon in Costa Rica. The privacy of the place was amazing. The private access to the beach was incredible and unparalleled. The apartment was lovely and had all amenities we could think of. The gate around the property made us feel super safe. In the mornings, we could have breakfast outside and were greeted by many lovely birds, the blue butterfly and once even a rare frog! Highly recommend staying here, it was one of the best airbnb experiences we ever had.

Great accommodation, super quiet place, the house had everything necessary and more, super nice, tidy and clean, a great spot in the courtyard to enjoy with friends and family, Meyling was super attentive and left us transportation information and tours in the area, the location of the house left us 5 minutes from downtown Manzanillo and 15 minutes from Puerto Viejo, very central and very nice, more than recommended

We loved our stay at Casa Blanca. The host was very responsive and helpful. The restaurant recommendations were wonderful. The house is exactly as pictured - the backyard area is possibly even more beautiful than the photos. The location is fabulous - directly on Playa Negra. A very peaceful location for a Costa Rican beach stay! I would return here.
