Mr. Jordão was extremely attentive, solicited and patient with me and my family. The house is very good and well-equipped. The negative point of the stay ended up with me that I didn't notice the open gate at an exit from the condominium, which ended up generating some discomfort for the neighbors. But Mr. Jordão maneuvered the situation brilliantly warning me and calmed the condominium staff. I returned as quickly as I could to repair my misunderstanding. Outside to that was all very quiet. Emílio's house is organized, clean and cozy. We felt at home, our stay was peaceful, a few nearby streets have a beach, bakery, markets and the like. The place is amazing, extremely organized and clean, has everything, kitchen utensils with wine glasses and everything, games available, comfortable beds and perfect air-conditioning, the condominium is complete with a location that has everything nearby, not to mention the pool area, bar and restaurant. Excellent location, with easy access to the beach, I especially thank Adrianol for allowing the late check-out, which made our stay much easier. The beauty of the beach with access from the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. A tip: it's best to go to the market before you arrive, because at night it's a little difficult to get food delivered. I recommend it.

The location is excellent, right in front of the beach, next to Cabo Branco park, close to excellent restaurants. Maria was very kind and allowed us to check in earlier and check out later, which helped us a lot due to flight schedules. The city is wonderful, with spectacular infrastructure. We love the days we spent in the city.

The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is secure, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The host was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We felt welcomed and at home. We will definitely be back!
