We had a great stay! The house is spacious, very well located and exactly as described in the listing. We were very well received by the hostess, who was super friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Emílio's house is organized, clean and cozy. We felt at home, our stay was peaceful, a few nearby streets have a beach, bakery, markets and the like. We were well received, Emílio and Fernanda were always available to give us feedback, they were very fun days. The house matches the photos, and the descriptions exactly as they actually are. Xisto was very receptive, he gave me all the instructions for the house. I found the house in perfect condition, with linens and towels. Impeccable cleanliness in every room. I found all the kitchen utensils I needed. The pool was clean, the garden well maintained. The house is a few meters from the sea, for me it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Conde. I thank Xisto for the ease of both check-in and check-out.

Space exactly as described. Mr. Paulo was very attentive, Jacilene, who received us, was very kind and friendly, they met all our requests. They serve very tasty dishes, order the tapioca which is quite stuffed. The place is quiet and pleasant, very close to the beach. We only had a small inconvenience with a neighbor in the flat next door who made a little noise and it became uncomfortable at bedtime. Everything else was great.

My stay at Maria Laís' house was great. The house is very complete, only in the kitchen what I missed was an oven to bake, on my menu I had the day of the esfiha and I couldn't do it hahahah, otherwise everything was right. Thank you.

The house is practically a foot in the sand, beach and lake right in front of us. The adults, the children, the dogs took too much advantage. My dog didn't want to leave, he left crying. It has a restaurant on each side, both very good. The service, the flavor of the dishes and the generosity of the portions of the @tabagrillmirante restaurant are a differential. The owner of the house is extremely willing to put us at ease, worrying if everything is working round in the house. The house is very well equipped to serve large families. There is a giant table that we do not know how they managed to place inside the rsrs house. Several support tables, inflatable hot tub, large pool, good quality and very clean bed and bath…we love it!

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

Barbara helped us in everything we need and the staff of the building is very good people. We had good internet, which is fundamental to our lifestyle, since we work from home. I had a wonderful stay in Elisa's apartment in João Pessoa! From the first moment, I was impressed by the quality of the space, which was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment is cozy, well decorated and very clean, providing all the comfort needed to enjoy the trip. The location is great, just steps from the beach, which greatly facilitated our walks and moments of relaxation by the sea. We would like to express our sincere thanks for the excellent stay we had at Maria's apartment. The property is exactly as described: spacious, well decorated and equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the balcony, extremely wide and comfortable, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the pleasant climate of the region. The location within the Luxor condominium is simply fantastic — the apartment offers a superior quality experience. We also highlight the impeccable organization and cleaning of the place. The building itself is very well cared for, with pleasant interaction areas and a welcoming atmosphere. Its privileged beachfront location has provided us with wonderful moments on a warm water beach. The only consideration we do, for those who think about walking to the Tambaú sign, is that the walk lasts about 50 minutes. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We'll be back!
