There is a front porch area for outdoor dining, socializing, or just relaxing in a hammock. The front yard has pool and there is a BBQ hut with freezer, sink, table, and BBQ. The living room has a 5.1 surround sound system making it also a home theater with a blue ray disc player. The gated driveway can fit 4-5 cars.
