Mr. Jordão was extremely attentive, solicited and patient with me and my family. The house is very good and well-equipped. The negative point of the stay ended up with me that I didn't notice the open gate at an exit from the condominium, which ended up generating some discomfort for the neighbors. But Mr. Jordão maneuvered the situation brilliantly warning me and calmed the condominium staff. I returned as quickly as I could to repair my misunderstanding. Outside to that was all very quiet. Thank you for so much!

My family and I love our stay, home as in the photos, super cozy, well-equipped kitchen, Fabrícia always helpful, flexible check in and checkout, place close to everything, we love, only what bothered and that is not the fault of the host, it is that there are many mosquitoes of the place, other than that, perfect!!

The experience was great from beginning to end. The house is very cozy, complete, safe and very clean. The internet is good, the beds are comfortable, there are towels and hygiene essentials on site. All Ares-Conditioners work perfectly. The house also has ample space for guests. I have nothing to complain about. 10/10. Suggestion: the pool could have all the jets in the whirlpool area working, and a heating system would be interesting. When I went, it was raining and the water was very cold. There could also be a larger TV in the living room. But, of course, this does not compromise the stay at all — it is just a suggestion.

The house is spectacular, super well maintained and pleasant. We were 3 families (3 couples and 5 children) and the 5 rooms are enough with comfort. Great room integrated with kitchen, living room and pool outside. Taninha and Ana are awesome. The long weekend was very nice and João Pessoa surprised me positively.

Bárbara was a very considerate host, always available and concerned with making sure my stay was quiet. I recommend it for those seeking a refuge in the midst of nature.

Excellent location, with easy access to the beach, I especially thank Adrianol for allowing the late check-out, which made our stay much easier. The beauty of the beach with access from the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. A tip: it's best to go to the market before you arrive, because at night it's a little difficult to get food delivered. I recommend it.

I've rarely stayed in such a good place. The apartment is super new, well equipped and comfortable – the air-conditioning in the room makes a big difference. The location is great, one block from the beach and with several options of bars and restaurants nearby. There are two excellent bakeries on the corner, which helps a lot in everyday life. And best of all: the private Jacuzzi, which is simply sensational. I highly recommend it!

Cleonice's apartment is very nice, especially the outdoor area, which is very quiet. The photos matched exactly how the apartment is. New and complete. The apartment is on the ground floor, which makes it much easier because you don't have to wait for an elevator. For those who want to rest, it's great, because it's right in front of the beach. It is a short distance from good restaurants and shopping malls. In normal situations, you spend a maximum of R$ 25.00 on Uber for your trips to these locations and R$ 60.00 for the airport. I recommend this apartment, as it is very well maintained. It doesn't have that musty, dusty smell that you find in many apartments and it's well ventilated, which for those with allergies like me is great. I would definitely stay there again considering the experience I had.

Our stay at Diego's flat was wonderful. The place is much better than the pictures! Everything is very clean, organized and brand new. The appliances and utensils work perfectly, besides being well equipped, we don't need to worry about anything, the location is great, close to everything . Diego is very cordial, polite and helpful, he responds quickly. We will definitely return!

We had an amazing family week at this bungalow! The space is beautiful, cozy, wooded and with impeccable gardening. The cleanliness was excellent and the bungalow is super well equipped: various appliances, quality bed and bath linens, as well as games for all ages. The decor and utensils are very tasteful. The location within the condominium is great, in a quiet area and easy access to the pool and beach. The condominium is also very well maintained, with a large and clean swimming pool, waterfall, slide and giant bucket. The hosts were extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The only negative point was the constant presence of cats on the balcony, who turned the garbage over at night. Besides that, everything was perfect! I recommend it enthusiastically and hope to return soon!

Andrea's apartment is excellent, just as advertised. It's super organized and has everything you'd need to live comfortably. It is very close to the beach and has restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy nearby. Andréa and Luciene were sweethearts, they gave us several tips and answered our questions and doubts super fast.
