The apartment is great! Spacious, super ventilated and the kitchen had everything, we didn't miss anything. The location is perfect, really in front of the beach (which is wonderful) and super easy access to the other beaches of João Pessoa. Jonice was super nice and gave us several tips for tours and leisure options, in addition to responding super fast. I definitely want to come back and I really hope the apartment is available on a future opportunity.

Ana is an excellent host. He always responded quickly and very cordially. I loved the stay, the location, the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, I hope to return soon.

The apartment is located in a great spot in Tambaú. Everything clean and organized. Since the time the reservation was made, Rinaldo was very helpful. I will definitely return to João Pessoa and if possible I will be staying in the same location again.

The apartment is excellent, well structured and good location. We stayed for 6 months and everything worked very well. The building is excellent, with a great structure. Barbara helped us in everything we need and the staff of the building is very good people. We had good internet, which is fundamental to our lifestyle, since we work from home. Giszely and the apartment deserved a "gold star" in the appraisal. Large apartment, super well-equipped kitchen with all new and super clean! Excellent location near the beach, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies. The apartment is on a high floor, from the bedroom window it is possible to see the sea and gives a wonderful wind current! Giszely is an out-of-the-box kindness and sympathy, everything I needed responded promptly. I stayed for 1 month and hope to come back!

The stay was very good with very good space and I even believe it accommodates up to 7 or 8 people, as long as they are willing to sleep on mattresses and put air conditioning in the living room. However, it is well ventilated, which would not make this observation necessary. The building's common spaces are also very good and the proximity to the beach is a great benefit. The apartment is very nice, everything is new, clean and organized. The location is perfect, close to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and good restaurants. At the best point of Bessa, right on the waterfront. Claudia is an excellent host and always very attentive. We'll probably be back because it was really worth it. Not to mention that João Pessoa remains the best destination in the Northeast.

My stay at Maria Laís' house was great. The house is very complete, only in the kitchen what I missed was an oven to bake, on my menu I had the day of the esfiha and I couldn't do it hahahah, otherwise everything was right. Thank you.

The house is practically a foot in the sand, beach and lake right in front of us. The adults, the children, the dogs took too much advantage. My dog didn't want to leave, he left crying. It has a restaurant on each side, both very good. The service, the flavor of the dishes and the generosity of the portions of the @tabagrillmirante restaurant are a differential. The owner of the house is extremely willing to put us at ease, worrying if everything is working round in the house. The house is very well equipped to serve large families. There is a giant table that we do not know how they managed to place inside the rsrs house. Several support tables, inflatable hot tub, large pool, good quality and very clean bed and bath…we love it!

Environment exactly as described, all working air conditioners, three very large rooms that accommodate multiple people if needed. It has two refrigerators and a vertical freezer, you can do quiet shopping that you will have enough place to store, including ice,meats and beers. The communication was super efficient and all "problems" were promptly resolved. I'll definitely be back as soon as I can!

Sr Armando always responded quickly. The house is very good and has everything you need for a weekend. There was enough space for everyone and the location was very good, easy to find and with markets very close by.

Aurora's apartment is super comfortable, nice linens, very soft and super fragrant towels! The possibility of self check-in makes the process much easier and gives freedom and I really liked it. The location is great for those who like to go to all the beaches, it is close to all the most popular beaches (coqueirinhos, tambaba, tabatinga) and you can walk to Carapibus beach, which is down the street, very good for swimming and with a crab in delicious coconut milk! I would stay again without thinking twice.

Great apartment decorated by the sea with beautiful view, extremely clean and organized with quality and clean bed linen and towels. The leisure area at the top of the building offers a swimming pool overlooking the sea, making it our favorite place to rest after a day of sightseeing or the beach. Manuel is an excellent host who welcomed us and was always available to answer questions and help with whatever was necessary for our perfect stay. As soon as possible we will return for other days of rest.

The flat is excellent: large, airy, clean and fully equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay. Our stay met expectations for accommodation and location. The neighborhood offers all the amenities such as markets , laundries , pharmacies and restaurants . The host Sergio was very kind to welcome us before check-in time and offered a longer check-out deadline for the time of our flight . Still gave us several tips on sightseeing and shopping . The apartment is very comfortable, close to the beach and in an excellent neighborhood. Anyway, everything was really nice!
