We had an amazing stay here. The apartment is just as described in text and on the images. The place was clean, had everything you could ask for and the communication was superb without any delay. I would recommend anyone that wants to go to Gran Alacant to consider this apartment! The pool area was great, very inviting and super calm.

Absolutely perfect stay – 11/10! The breathtaking sea view directly from the apartment made every morning special. The Airbnb was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, with everything from the kitchen to the bathroom fully equipped. We especially appreciated the beach gear provided – even things we forgot ourselves. The highlight: a folder with hand-picked tips for restaurants, bars, and sights. We didn’t need to plan anything and every suggestion exceeded our expectations! The area is peaceful, with cute cafés, small shops, and beach bars just a short walk away. Excellent public transport too – a bus stop right outside and the tram only a few minutes away. The host was super friendly and responsive, and the apartment was even ready early so we could relax and enjoy the day after our trip. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Would absolutely come back!

Sophie et Jean-Claude sont super accueillants et ils sont aux petits soins. L'appartement est nickel et parfaitement équipé, il ne manque rien, ils ont pensé à tout ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, tout est conforme à l'annonce. L'endroit est au calme, et en même temps vous êtes à 5 à 10 mn à pied du centre ville, vous y trouverez tout (commerces, restaurants ...). Et vous y allez en marchant sur le bord de mer, c'est sympa. Ajoutez à cela les bons conseils, la gentillesse et la bienveillance de Sophie et Jean-Claude, bonheur garanti ;)

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Alicante! The location is perfect – close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The flat itself is beautiful, very modern, stylish, and spotless. You can tell it’s been thoughtfully maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely love to stay here again next time we’re in the area. Highly recommended!

First, Juana is so helpful and kind. Second, the apartment might be a bit of a walk from the main part of town, but if you like me that loves beach access, stunning views and a calm area, this is the place. Loved me stay and plan to be back. I found the apartment really cozy with a very cool beach bungalow vibe. It's on my list to return to.

El piso correspondía perfectamente a la descripción. Estaba muy bien ubicado de forma a poder ir a cualquier lugar andando ( centro, playa). La terraza es un plus porque está muy orientada, en general un piso muy agradable, con las comodidades perfectas ( 2 baños) e insisto súper limpio lo cual da mucha confianza . Gracias!

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unseren Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Natalia hat sehr zeitnah unsere Nachrichten beantwortet und war stets freundlich. Das Check-In klappte problemlos.

Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet, sondern auch der Blick auf das Meer und die Stadtlichter einfach atemberaubend. Es war ein echtes Highlight, die vorbeifliegenden Flugzeuge zu beobachten. Die Gastfreundschaft von Dietmar und Ann-Charlotte war außergewöhnlich. Die schöne Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und das Bett ist wirklich sehr bequem! Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100 % empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen!

Laura's place is from the moment you step into it an amazing nook with fantastic energy. Everything you might need is there. Located in a center of Alicante, it gave the feel of a constant buzz and center of happenings. Absolute 10/10.

Un apartamento de lujo excelente súper cómodo, amplio una decoración muy hermosa y con una vista ejemplar, tiene de todo está muy bien equipado y es súper cómodo y tranquilo la verdad de las mejores experiencias este lugar..... las personas que nos recibieron a mi grupo y a mi, súper buenas personas amables y sobre todo muy atentos a siempre responder lo que necesitábamos total y finalmente una pasada está genial se merece un 1000 de 10

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser tollen Wohnung verbracht – die Zeit verging leider viel zu schnell! Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem – wir haben hervorragend geschlafen, keine Rückenschmerzen gehabt. Die Aussicht von Balkon und Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Besonders die Abende mit Grillen (Holzkohlegrill) und Whirlpool bei Sonnenuntergang waren traumhaft! Trotz Nähe zum Flughafen (ca. 13 Min mit dem Auto) war es wunderbar ruhig – Flugzeuge sehen, aber nicht hören. Der Check-in war reibungslos, die Anweisungen klar. Die Kommunikation mit Carlos war schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Strand Platja del Carabassi ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt – feiner Sand, klares Wasser. Supermärkte wie Mercadona, Lidl oder Rossmann sind in 8 Autominuten erreichbar. Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We as a small family regularly travel, especially in Spain. Out of all the apartments we have rented this stands out as the best. The host Sonia was excellent, very friendly, outgoing and her communication skills were fantastic. The property is in a great location and looks exactly like the photos. 5 stars from us. Jag åkte hit med mina vuxna döttrar på en långweekend och vi njöt verkligen av den fina lägenheten och läget direkt vid stranden. Morgonpromenad till supermarket var va 2 km med allt som man kan behöva och mycket färskvaror. Lite längre att gå in till hamnen med restaurangerna men helt ok. Vill man så kan man åka buss eller taxi. Taxi in till Alicante kostade bara 32€. Lägenheten hade tvättmaskin och diskmaskin och gjorde det enkelt att bo där även längre perioder. Vi kommer garanterat att återkomma. Vi tackar för all support under våra 4 dagar! Ewq

Great place to stay with an extremely accommodating host who help us with early check-in and luggage storage and then organised a taxi for us for our very early flight

Caltalina has been very responsive to all messages senr prior to booking. On arrival she met with us and allowed us to check in 3 hrs before recommended on the booking. She was very helpful. Accommodation was superb! Beach qas less than a 10 minute walk as was shops and restaurants. Apartment was perfect and los arenales del sol is a beautiful place to visit . Thank you!

Iconic apartment is perfect for relaxing holiday. The place is just the way it was described! Everything was clean and messaging to host was easy and they anwsered quickly! There is bus stop nearby that goes to Alicante and Santa Pola so that made traveling to these places easy! Only very small minus is maybe the one set of keys (if there is people who want to do different stuff) I truly recommend this place if you want to relax with good ameneties and the beach nearby😊!

Las fotos y la descripción coincidían, a la playa caminando muy bien y cerca , nosotros íbamos en coche por ir con 2 peques pero con el parking de casa hacía todo más cómodo. Había de todo y mucho más para disfrutar de las piscinas y la playa, ideal para familias! Descansó garantizado!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient and an easy 10 min walk to the beach, and all the restaurants in old town. The apartment was extremely spacious with 3 full bathrooms, the kitchen was well stocked, and the apartment was quiet at night. The hosts were very responsive and were quite helpful for local recommendations, they even made us reservations at their favorite restaurants. We were allowed to leave our bags a few hours early since our train arrived before checking time, which was extremely convenient. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone!
