We had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and always quick to reply to any questions I had—before and during my stay. He was very accessible and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Throughout the entire process, he was polite, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful, which made us feel welcomed and at ease. I truly appreciated the clear communication and the extra effort he put in to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place and would definitely book again!

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with all the amenities and amazing view. 10 min walk to old town and all it has to offer. Beach just minutes walk. Included parking was great and secure. Host was super to deal with, personalized walk through of the place and all functions. couldn't be happier with our 1 week stay.

We loved staying in this apartment which was even better than the photos. Amazing view with a very well-appointed balcony. The accommodation is clean, nice, cozy and tastefully decorated. Very clean and pretty pool. Hosts are responsive and the people who welcome you on site are available and attentive to every request and question whether by message or in person. I would recommend this place 1000 times.

The unit was great. We were able to really enjoy the area and stay right on the beach. The unit is right on the beach, but in the back away from the walking crowd and traffic. It was very tranquil.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in a quiet part of town. The apartment is exactly as described and the view from the balcony is absolutely perfect. The location was perfect for us too, we wanted to be able to go on a night out but did not want to be surrounded by hen dos and stag dos so Xabier’s place was perfect. Had the best time chilling on the balcony or on the beach. A few lovely little restaurants nearby but also a short bus or taxi ride to more choices in town. The garage was an added bonus to park the car on busy days (there is parking outside but it gets busy at the weekend) Finally, Xabier was extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly around checking out time. This was really kind of him and meant our last day was perfect!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment - it was bright, roomy, and was very well provisioned. Fantastic location with it being on the beach front, and it also had a massive pool which the kids loved too. The host was very communicative and helpful. We highly recommend this place - we can’t wait to stay here again.

Our stay was amazing. The apartment was beautiful and the location was very central. The host was very responsive and even came to the apartment when we had an air con issue. He also booked us a taxi during the busy festival times, and made sure we got to the airport. We couldn’t recommend him and the apartment more, we will back! Thank you!

IT IS AMAZING. we had the best time at this lot, the pool is amazing and the flat accommodated all of our needs. There was excellent communication with the owner and beautiful area to stay in. 100% recommend staying here for a lovely relaxing holiday.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment with my wife and daughter. The apartment was excellent and the residence perfect for a family stay. Salim was an amazing host and we have rarely seen such kindness! He personally helped us out twice with his private vehicle and it was always with a good heart! A great apartment with magnificent views. Great for going into central Benidorm by a quick cab ride but a more sedate neighbourhood for having great sleep. Loved it and will definitely be back.

Fantastic place! Infinity pools with a sea view are something else. The host and co-host were very hospitable and communicated clearly and in advance. The apartment looks even better in real life, the pictures don't do it justice. We also loved the beach and how accessible it is. If I really had to nitpick, I'd love to see some shelves in shower cabins to put stuff on, and it would be great to include a shower gel (which is advertised in the listing), but neither is really a deal breaker. It's an easy 5-star airbnb!

Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partially permanent residents and vacation guests, making it a nice atmosphere. Pools were never crowded. The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

I would highly recommend staying at Franks Beautiful apartment. Franks communication was brilliant and his apartment was even more beautiful in person. It over looks the beach, near lovely restaurants and bars and only a 5-10mins walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
