Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

This modern house, built in 2015, is a part of semi-detached house and is located 10 min walk from the parking lot near the cable car lift to Snezka. Skibus stop is located 100 metres from the house. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and en-suite bathroom in each of them. The house has a living room with a TV and fireplace, equiped kitchen and a dining table. There is also a garage and infrasauna. The house is great for family vacations. No parties please.

The Szyszka apartment is located in the picturesque Izerski Resort complex. It consists of a spacious living room, bedroom, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage.
