The host is also very kind and accommodating to your needs. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

It is a nice, spacious apartment with quite a fresh renovation. You will find everything you need. A mall is within walking distance, and a public transport stop is just in front of the building. The host is very helpful and responsive.
