Slaapkamer 6m2 met stapelbed. Badkamer met wasmachine. Tweede verdieping slaapkamer voor 2 pers. Buiten: terras, BBQ, vuurplaats en zwembad. Het huisje is gelegen in een bosrijk gebied Natuur 2000 met vele wandel en fietsroutes. Een goede uitvalbasis voor uitstapjes naar o.a. Wrocław, Góry Stołowe, Kasteel Książ.

Miejsce idealne na pobyt większej grupy 6-7 osób. Duże, przestronne 3 pokojowe mieszkanie z aneksem kuchennym i łazienką. Mieszkanie położone w dzielnicy Leśnica, w pobliżu Zamek z wystawami artystycznymi, Stadion Wrocław, dobry dojazd do lotniska. Do centrum bezpośrednia linia tramwajowa. Po drugiej stronie ulicy duży przy zamkowy park z placem zabaw dla dzieci i siłownią na świeżym powietrzu. W okolicy restauracje, bary, kawiarnie, w pobliżu Żabka, Biedronka, Aldi i LIDL.

A place to stay and relax for a family and more... Peace and quiet. Access to a terrace with a pool, open in the summer season. Nearby there is the park of Złotnicki, Stabłowice swimming ponds, the airport, public transport, including trams and buses. It is possible to prepare homemade meals, rent bikes, and arrange a meeting on the terrace until 10pm. The studio is adjacent to the other part of the house where a quiet family lives. The melanges are out of the question.

With more guests, you can rent a second apartment in parallel, at the same address , on Airbnb under the name of A PICTURESQUE COTTAGE. Getting to the city center is about 30 min /bus/tram . The cottage is moored in front of a small marina, which is located in a village on the 275 kilometer of the Odra River in Uraz, 20km from Wrocław. Marina is quiet, peaceful. The marina has a pizzeria, a fish frying area, and a bar overlooking the water. The rental includes a paddle boat or kayak with a small electric motor for communication with the land. Important!! There is no access from the mainland.
