Thoughtfully designed to act as the perfect getaway for groups of friends and family to have fun, dine and relax together. The house benefits from TWO substantial living rooms, a large kitchen/dining space that seats 16 and ample seating outside to enjoy some al fresco dining together whilst the six large bedrooms and five modern bathrooms will provide you the privacy you need.

Haylands Hut

We are located in the heart of our working dairy farm with views out to sea and over the fields. The hut has its own private garden and a small juvenile orchard planted infront, where chickens roam free and there is also a permissive footpath from the hut across the fields to kimmeridge beach. It is important to remember that you will be on a working farm so there are noises and occasional smells that come with this. Please contact me for further info. NB. Sadly I do not accept children.

The Barn is gas central heated and also has double bi-fold doors so you can bring the outside in and enjoy the countryside in real luxurious comfort. There are lots of special touches too!
