The Sands Studio with its view of the sea stands in the garden of an Edwardian seaside home; situated opposite a short 100 yard footpath straight onto the beach. The room is available on a vegetarian self-catering basis. We are very grateful to our guests for respecting that this is part of a no meat no fish home! The Sands Studio is en-suite, with wifi, 100% cotton linen and towels, kingsize bed, chair bed and a cot or air-bed, television, dvd player, and kitchenette.

Much loved seafront cottage on Peveril Point in Swanage. Amazing location on the beautiful Jurassic Coast ,with views across to Old Harry Rocks. Swim, kayak and row from the slipway. A short walk into town and the sailing club or main beach. A short drive from the miles of sand at Studland. A perfect base for a family or walking holiday. High Speed broadband. This dog friendly converted church is is typically available April to October each year. It consists of 2 large reception areas, 3 large double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. ( one of which is en suite to the master bedroom. Surrounded by beautiful Dorset countryside the property is on the banks of River Frome and close to the Jurassic coast. Most of Dorset's main attractions are within 5 miles and all 30 mins by car.

This town house has been in my family for over 100 years. You’ll be staying in one of the oldest buildings Poole has to offer! Located on the high street you’re surrounded by lots of pubs and restaurants, a stones throw away from Poole quay and baiter park just 5 mins walk. The house itself has so much character with a mix of original and modern furniture, high ceilings and a stunning roll top bath.
