From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra / person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

There is direct access to forest, where in a 5-minute walk you can enjoy Svendborgsund and a 15 minute walk to the swimming area by the strait. The house is located 10 min. bike ride from Svendborg city center. The house is a self contained house, next to the main house where the hosts live. The house has two rooms, a large bathroom as well as a living room with smaller but fully functional kitchen. TV with apple TV. 5 min. walk to shopping, where you can charge an electric car.

A summerhouse with a unique location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house is modernized with new kitchen and bathroom as well as after insulation so that it can be used throughout the year. The bedroom is equipped with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a good quality sofa bed with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning sugar. The house of 36 m2 is oriented to the south, which is why you experience both sun up and descents from the house.

Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

This lovely holiday home is located in Southern Elangeland with beautiful sea views towards the Langelandsbelt and Lolland. From the apartment there is 460 m to the beach with summer bath bridge. The brick chambers on the farm Broe have turned into a cozy vacation home. The apartment is renovated in 2011 and is bright and simply furnished. It has its own south facing terrace and lawn. The apartment is located in scenic and quiet area.
