Centrally located in Vester Skerninge is my cozy red log house. Five minutes' walk from bus, grocery store, pharmacy and pizzeria and at the same time scenic location overlooking fields, forest and Syltemae Ådal. The house is located at the end of an enclosed residential street and with the Archipelago path as a neighbor. Here you will find peace, quiet and a sky that seems to touch the horizon. The house contains three bedrooms, all with double beds. Duvets, pillows, linens and towels are included. A bathroom, a guest toilet, laundry room, kitchen and living room. Small but good.

In the immediate area there are wonderful nature experiences, beach, forest, a walk to the ice shop, various local farm bays and vineyards. Within 10 minutes drive along the water you are in the center of Svendborg. Directly to adult non-smokers.

On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms (bed width: 180, 140, 120), and a lovely morning terrace. Full basement with possibility of extra bed in room. In the garden with fruit trees, shrubs, and lawn you will find an evening terrace. Toilet/bath on all floors. 2 parking spaces.

Enjoy a holiday in this cozy summerhouse that offers tranquility, nature, and soul. Barbecue, games, make a fire, light up in the wilderness bath, go to the beach summer and winter, walk possibly in the old streets of Rudkøbing and much more. You will bear the cost of purchasing firewood, and bring your own bed linen (sheets, duvet + pillowcases) as well as towels.
