We felt very comfortable with Cathrin and Till. They are both very friendly and helpful. The property itself is a wonderful old charming and well-kept half-timbered house. It was furnished with a lot of love for detail. Nothing was missing. Wonderfully warm even in colder times. The location is rural and incredibly quiet! For us, a real oasis of well-being. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice experience of Danish life. Anne and her family are welcoming and leave you the choice of resting or sharing. It's a family with a lot of life skills. They will quickly see how to welcome you to make you feel at home. Access to all amenities without time constraints of course.

We were very warmly welcomed by Kurt and Lene on their property. Kurt had made extra 2 bikes fit. With these we were at the beach in 3 minutes. We had practically a whole house to ourselves with a huge terrace. Everything was there. We didn't miss anything. We were supplied with fresh eggs. Totally quiet. Lots of space. Fully recommended. Kurt and Lene live in the next house and can always be reached 👍😀

The vacation home is part of an old farmhouse and has been beautifully restored. As it were, you will be catapulted back in time , but then very comfortable with all amenities , even air conditioning is available. Upon arrival, there was a bouquet of flowers on the table and fresh eggs in the fridge. We were warmly welcomed by Julie and shown around the cottage. At the back of the cottage is a nice terrace. Faaborg is nearby and definitely recommended, cozy town with shops and restaurants. Beautiful region for biking and hiking.

Very cute accommodation, small with all spaces well utilised. Courtyard, however not very private as the owners have windows into it. The hosts are very friendly and happily give local insight. Free public parking is just across the road on the harbour parking lot. We were there end of May and we found a spot. I’m doubtful it’ll be that easy once the season starts. The location is great, walkable to old town, restaurants and ferry harbour. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Small but good. Fully met our expectations. Clean and tidy everywhere, very well-stocked kitchen and everything worked in the apartment. Welcoming host couple who resolved a small issue right away when we brought it to our attention. We would love to come again: -)

Had a great stay with no problems at all - Michael was very helpful and everything lived up to expectations.

I immediately felt welcome and comfortable. Lars is very nice and the place is extremely charming. The bathroom is very small, but works wonderfully. At night, it is extremely quiet. In the morning you can hear the preparations in the kitchen of the ice cream parlor, which is just one room away. But that didn't bother me. By the way, the ice cream is delicious. I found the island, especially Ærøskøbing, stunning. I had a great time and would check in again immediately. Hopefully soon again.

Dalens Oase offers lovely rooms next to a lush and lovely garden. The breakfast Anette offers was really good and plentiful. A very clear recommendation to Anette from us.

Cathrine and her family are super welcoming and open people. The accommodation has a modern yet cozy vibe and had everything we needed and more - for example a cinema-like TV Screen. The surroundings were very quiet and we even saw some forest animals. Cathrine even offered to pick us up as we travelled with public transport and the apartment is quite hard to reach without a car. The family is very nice and offers their help at all times but still gives you space and privacy during your stay. We were also brought fresh baked buns and croissants every day. We would definitely stay here again - absolutely recommended if you’re searching for a nice hideaway in the nature. Thanks a lot!

Birgitte doesn't lie when she talks about cozy surroundings. Wow! You'll have to search a long time for a similar Danish countryside idyll. The morning welcomed us with pheasants in the garden and lots of birdsong - and not a single noisy car nearby. The rustic red farmhouse exuded coziness and presence - and the decor was well executed. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

We were staying at Annika’s place for one night to visit a nearby festival. Really loved the spacious garden house and had a great sleep. Also the place is surrounded by lovely nature! Definitely worth a visit.

With Sabine and Hans Christian, it was not only beautiful but unique. Wonderful hosts! You can completely forget everyday life there in Vester Skerninge, because it is something completely different, 12 days without TV and radio. If you need it, you should bring a tablet, there is WiFi in the house. Five stars are still not enough! If it can be arranged again, then it's time to go to Vester Skerninge! Andrea, Frank and Mike

Very nice stay at the creatieve household of Marie. Very nice People, relaxing atmosphere and beautiful garden.

The very cozy apartment in the beautifully renovated thatched old farmhouse immediately put us in a vacation mood. The rooms were very tasteful and lovingly furnished. The equipment, for example in the small kitchenette, is carefully selected and is in very good condition. We slept very well in the bed. The spacious property with many cozy seats invites you to relax. Marie-Louise was super friendly and very helpful, just a great hostess! We would spend our vacation here again. Simply great! We stayed two nights as part of touring round a bit. We loved the countryside setting and sitting out watching the cows and hare was relaxing. Odense was interesting as was the Japanese garden.

Very large and spacious apartment. Nice, clean and well maintained. Quiet location without noise. Easy to get to, and with a cozy and personal atmosphere. Welcoming host. A home I would recommend to others at any time.

The place was a wonderful retreat for 2 days for me. The rooms are in the basement, but very homely and lovingly furnished. Everything was as described. You share a bathroom with the owners. My highlight was the underfloor heating in the bathroom😌. I would come back!!

Stayed here a few times now and it’s perfect. Comfortable, cozy and surrounded by woodland. Helene very responsive with messages. Look forward to coming back already.
