The house is centrally located in Asserball Forest near Fynshav on Als, in rural surroundings, with a short distance to the beach and all the sights of Als. The house is with 2 separate rooms, a bedroom with a double bed, and a room with 2 beds (can be put together), and with and possibility for preparation for 2 people on a sofa bed in the living room, Kitchen and a toilet with shower. Final cleaning can be arranged, the price will be 350 DKK, there is a folder in the house with information about payment.

Forget your concerns in this spacious and quiet space. The guesthouse consists of a small kitchen, a small dining room with stairs up to the first floor. On the first floor there is a double bed and a sofa, the bed is shielded behind a half wall. The guesthouse overlooks the fields and our own house is right next to the guesthouse. The guesthouse is located 200 meters from the Archipelago Trail and 300 meters to the old railway path, which goes directly into Svendborg. Possibility to bring horse and dog.

Ægte feriehygge. 200 m til børnevenlig strand. Vandet er perfekt til fiskeri af bl.a. ørred og makrel. prisen er ekskl. linned, klude, viskestykker, håndklæder. (Intet skjult rengøringsgebyr!) Helt særlig bolig tæt på Egeskov slot I haven til gården Langholm finder man dette anneks. Den lille charmerende bjælkehytte er omgivet af gårdens æblehave, sø med ænder og fisk, adskillige terrasser og en spændende have fyldt med små kroge. En perfekt måde at bo midt i naturen. Langholm er og har været en slægtsgård i over 80år og oser af nostalgi, hygge og gode historier. Gården ligger tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Vi er til at tale med :)
