Cozy house with private terrace and access to large garden. There is direct access to the forest, where you can enjoy Svendborgsund in a 5-minute walk and a 15-minute walk to the swimming area by the strait. The house is a 10-minute bike ride from Svendborg city center. The house is a detached house, next to the main house, where the hosts live. The house has two bedrooms, a large bathroom and living room with a smaller, but fully functional kitchen. TV with Apple TV. 5 min. walk to shopping, where you can charge your electric car.

My place is close to downtown. There is a fantastic view from my small balcony towards Svendborg harbor. (Unfortunately, the municipality has given permission for the construction of a building that takes away a little of the view of the water.) There are plenty of restaurants, eateries, art and culture to explore. You'll love my place because of the light and the surroundings. My place is good for couples and business travelers. I live in my allotment garden in the summer and am easy to get in touch with.

You can see the white garden door when you stand between Svinget 2 and 4. Cleaning and clean linen are included in the price. The home is suitable for a maximum of two adults and one child. Three adults can sleep in the home, as long as they are aware that there is no closure between the two bedrooms.

Nice home with room for two adults, central location in the middle of Svendborg. Bright and modern apartment. With a 10-minute walk to the train/bus station and ferries. Shopping nearby. The home has a nice location in a peaceful area and with a nice backyard with small beautiful terraces and cozy corners for free use. A lovely garden with apple and flowering trees, herb garden where the guest can also enjoy a piece of fruit or herbs, or to get a little shade.

Enjoy a stay in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation. We rent out an apartment on 1. floor in our old house from 1895 with a lovely lush garden. We are, ourselves, a little family on three living at the ground floor. You have the apartment on your own. You enter through a shared staircase. There are two separated bedrooms, kitchen w dining-area, a living room and a little bathroom. You are welcome in the garden, which is also shared with us.
