The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. This Palmeras cottage is a home away from home, and we look forward to sharing it with our guests. This house is three blocks away from the shore, or five minutes walk. There are two piers within a short drive distance. These are great spots for fishing and relaxing. Palmeras Beach House is a new construction with up-to-date finishes. We have lawn and beach chairs, a charcoal grill, a beach cart, and table games. We hope you will find it refreshing and calm for your beach getaway.

Our home is located 1.9 miles to the ocean! It is in a wonderful family friendly neighborhood with plenty of parking space. Our home has a cozy feel with touches of the coastal life. There is WiFi, tv’s provided in every bedroom and a fully functioning kitchen for those that love to dine in.
