Water Heater recently replaced. No sulfur water smells. MB resort condo. Minimum renter age 23. Condo is a junior one bedroom which is a studio with an additional small space walled off with a curtain as a divider to create a separate area for rest. Bedroom does not have a door. Beautiful ocean view. Sleeps 4. Max occupancy per fire code is 4. By booking you and your party agree to the hold harmless clause in the space section of the listing, No smoking in the unit or on the patio.
