La Bila fue construida en 1947, en una colonia de casas de piedra. Su interior está completamente rehabilitado. Tiene una espectacular piscina para el verano y un jardín para disfrutar en todas las épocas del año. La parcela está completamente vallada y alejada de la carretera, es muy silenciosa. El estudio está pegado a nuestra casa, pero independiente (su entrada es desde la calle).
