We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Public transport a few meters to get to the capital, shops and nearby leisure area. Possible noise from Monday to Friday due to the nearby school and construction.

It is a beautiful, charming and cozy stone and wood house, ideal to forget about the daily tensions of the city. It is very well equipped and well maintained. It has a stately garden in the front, very nice and independent. The house has 4 rooms facing the outside, with lots of light, and two separate bathrooms. A living room with a stone fireplace and a large window with beautiful mountain views. In the back, there is a large wooden porch for spending time together.

Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!
