Separate room, for one person, in a duplex apartment, very well lit, near the large Madrid Río park, with good metro and bus service a few meters away. The atmosphere you will find will be totally friendly and familiar. Breakfast is included, consisting of coffee or tea and toast. Cooking is NOT allowed. You can heat up whatever you need. Visitors and parties are not allowed. Room and bathroom are rented, the rest of the house is for private use.

An attic done out in wood. A place where you can rest and work. You can enjoy the terrace outside 3 minutes from the bus stop to Madrid and 10 from the station. The bus takes 20 minutes and the train, 30. Ample street parking. There are restaurants, bars and pubs nearby.
