Independent room, for one person , in duplex flat, very well lit, close to the great Madrid Rio park, with good metro service and buses a few meters away. The atmosphere you will find will be totally friendly and family friendly. Cooking is NOT allowed. Yes, you can store it in the refrigerator and heat up whatever you need. Smoking is also not allowed in any area of the house. Visits or parties are not allowed. The rest of the house is rented and the rest of the house is for private use.
