Monthly Rentals in Summerville

This place was great! I was very happy she had a blow dryer available so I didn’t have to pack mine. The space was clean and easy to access. She did a great job explaining where to park and how to get to the space. The neighborhood is peaceful and a quick drive into Charleston.

Awesome little studio. Perfect for the short visit we had to Summerville. I loved that it was in walking distance to everything. Highly recommend the Italian bakery around the corner for breakfast and coffee. Very clean and comfortable. Heather was responsive and friendly. She made sure we had a a nice stay. Great farmers market in town on Saturday’s too!

Robyn was by far the best Airbnb host I've had! She and Dwayne were so quick to respond if I had a question or needed help and provided all the amenities I needed to make my stay feel like a home away from home. The space is clean, the Internet is fast, and the location is great. About a 10 minute or so drive to many different restaurants and grocery stores. The carport was so nice to be able to park my car protected from the elements. Washer and dryer work wonderfully and were spotless. As a female solo traveler I never felt unsafe or like the area was sketchy, and I'm usually very sensitive to that so I mean it! I had to check out early due to a family emergency and Robyn -- without question -- went above and beyond to adjust my reservation which ended up with me being refunded. She was kind when she didn't have to be and that is such a blessing. If you plan to stay in the Summerville area, make this place your first priority!

Loved my stay! I was welcomed by a friendly host & blueberry scone. Walked to shops and restaurants on Main St. Loved watching the birds while having breakfast on the private deck.
