Beautiful accommodation, ideal for 8 people in the main house, up to 4 could stay in "real" beds in the other premises. We spent a lot of time in the large living and dining area upstairs, and we also enjoyed the wood-burning stove sauna very much. Definitely recommend as a group:)

An absolute dream house with many loving details, which makes the house so charming. Very clean, nice beds, blankets and pillows, quiet location, lots of nature. Very nice party + sparkler. We spent a long weekend with five of us in the architect's house and were all able to sleep in a separate room, which was fantastic. Not all bedrooms are (possibly not yet?) equally attractively equipped, but all in all the stay was very comfortable. The house was super clean and both the kitchen and the bathrooms very detailed. We thank you for a great time in a very modern place and very straightforward communication with the hosts!

Our stay at Bea's house was just excellent! The house is incredibly spacious and offers plenty of space for social activities. We were particularly impressed by the great leisure activities such as table soccer, billiards and the impressive cinema screen – there was something for everyone! The house is fully equipped, nothing is really missing: dishes, cooking utensils and everything you need for a relaxed stay are available. The location is also perfect – centrally located in Bayreuth and within walking distance to downtown. It was easy to get around and still be in a quiet environment. And the best part: The house is actually even more beautiful than in the photos – we were really impressed! Thanks to Bea for this wonderful experience. We will be happy to come back!

Sinisa was very accommodating and extremely helpful in recommending local restaurants and shops. His house is beautiful and perfect for families or couples. Very clean, well presented and open plan which is exactly what we were looking for. Great host and great property.
