Max is an amazing host. Answered questions I had very promptly and completely, even before booking. The house is amazing. It’s huge. So much space for everything. Great for a big family. The spotlight belongs to the backyard. The entire backyard is fully enclose with trees and it includes a pool, fire pit, and a massive deck. It was a blast. Surely would recommend to anyone.

We came for a quick girls weekend and were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and homey we felt here. We loved going to the nearby Woodstock museum and a couple of great restaurants in the area. Sadly, the weather wasn’t great but we hope to come back sometime to enjoy all of the amenities that this home and property have to offer!

This was a great place to stay. Kitchen was fully stocked and the guests were quickly responded whenever needed.

Heather was great and her home was wonderful to rent. Our family had an amazing time using the game room and fishing locally. Service is spotty in the area but otherwise a cool place to go. WiFi in the house worked great. The hot tub was awesome too!

I must say that Peri's home is simply perfect, simply beautiful and simply peaceful. Everything in the home was just as described in the listing, refrigerator worked perfectly, beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and the communication with Peri was truly top notch. My family and I had a great time here, that we are already thinking of when to go back. I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone.

I had an amazing stay at Alessandra's place! The check-in process was extremely easy, with clear instructions that made finding and getting inside a breeze. The flexible check-in option was a huge plus, and I instantly felt right at home. Alessandra's communication was outstanding—she was always responsive, friendly, and proactive. Her helpful instructions and local recommendations made my stay even better. I highly recommend staying here and would love to return.

This is a beautiful old house with huge windows and tons of light, beautiful views, and lots of bedrooms and hang out areas so everyone has space. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the entire place was super clean and tidy. There was a good selection of games we could play and music that our family enjoyed. It was also so nice that the house was pet friendly. The only downside was that the house was quite close to the road and my kids really wanted to sled down the hill in the backyard, but there was nothing to stop them from sliding into the road. There is hardly any traffic on the road, though, so noise was not an issue. We really enjoyed our stay here! Definitely recommend for big groups or families. We are a 7 person family - teenage kids, parents, grandparents.

Hidden gem in the Catskills! Great property and beautiful house with an abundance of space - my 2 labs were obsessed with running around the property and relaxing in the backyard, looking out into the woods. Had such a relaxing break, was a very peaceful stay that was very quiet - at night, there were no lights or sound other than nature, which was such a nice environment. Highly recommend visiting this Airbnb and staying here - Maggie was a great host and very responsive and helpful!

Felt right at home ! Was so peaceful and the view & surroundings were absolutely beautiful! Loved every moment being there. On our last day there, it ended up snowing so we got to enjoy the sledding. Was amazing! Would come back again without hesitation and would definitely recommend to friends & family! Jeff was a wonderful host & anyone who books at this place, YOU WONT REGRET IT ! :)

Didn’t want to leave! The place was very cozy, we felt right at home and the sound of the creek in the background was the cherry on top! You sleep peacefully on comfortable bedding and get to cook great meals in a cozy kitchen and enjoy a walk in the morning to the nearby waterfall! Sunsets were spent lazily on the hammock socking up the sun and fresh air. At night, we really enjoyed watching Nteflix on the projector screen and catching up.

From the moment we stepped inside we felt right at home. Justin’s home is beautiful and perfectly located where you can walk right into Callicoon! There was an ice storm prior to our visit and Dan and Joanne went out of their way to make sure things were clear for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Matthew was a great host. Not only does he have the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in but the view from the house was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and had enough room for all 7 of us to be comfortable! Thumbs up for the breakfast bar seats as my children would only sit there and loved it! The hot tub was always an amazing 104 degrees and so nice to just rest in. The washing machine was huge and allowed me to wash everything before I went home which was super convenient ! would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. Also, there is a delicious ice cream shop in the small town , it's super cute! thanks again Matthew!

Rene was extremely accommodating and communicative leading up to and during our stay. The place had an excellent sleeping arrangement for large groups of adults with multiple private rooms with queen sized beds.

The place was well stocked and clean upon arrival. We had a bit of trouble with the lock at first, but then everything got sorted, Leah was quick to respond and check in with us to make sure everything was going well! The area is quiet and about a 20-30 minute drive away from most things. There was a lot of open communal space for our group to hang out. Kitchen and bathrooms were perfect.

We were two people in this wonderful house for four nights, cooking a lot and enjoying the warmth of the fireplace/stove, as well as the bath. On a break from the city and due to drizzly April weather, we wanted to stay put rather than explore the area. The house was very welcoming, cozy, and secluded for this purpose. Other reviews note that Erika's house is a bit remote. Remote was what we were looking for. The house might be relatively far from specific hikes or sights or, say, Kingston, but we felt the house is actually close to NYC if you want a truly tranquil, private place to relax. Since we love to cook it was great to find ample cookware in excellent condition and the outdoor grill was easy to get started. We wanted to escape the internet, but the internet/wifi is certainly fast for work and play. The bedrooms are as seen in the photos and the king bed and large bedroom were perfect. Yes, we would return to Erika's house!

We had a great stay. The home was comfortable, spotless, and had a very well stocked kitchen. Erik was communicative and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at The Tannery House! It was incredibly clean, perfectly located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and fenced area for our dog to play. Irene was very responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication a breeze. We would definitely recommend this listing to anyone visiting the Catskills.

My husband and I, along with our dog Spike, stayed at Michel's for a long weekend. We met Michel as we arrived. He is very kind and helpful. His home is beautiful and well-appointed. We had everything that we needed. The bathroom is very large and roomy. The home is located in a quiet, peaceful, and wooded neighborhood just outside of Mountaindale. We were just a short drive from several great towns, including Ellenville, Wurtsboro, Napanoch, and Woodridge. Michel was even kind enough to message us to let us know about a loose dog in the area (in case we took our dog for a walk). Great location, home, and host. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in the area. P.S. I always like to extend a special thank you to owners who allow dogs. We appreciate you very much!

My job extended my work contract and I needed a place to stay. When I booked this place I was excited! it looked quite and peacful, and perfect. I did not realize how true this would be. to say this place was perfect is an understatement. i felt right at home. To be honest, I didn't want to leave. Brian was absolutely amazing. Responded right away if I needed somthing, and was just so kind. As I said this was a perfect peaceful experience! I loved being surrounded by nature, seeing all the wild animals come through, and loved sitting fire side at night. I truly hope and cannot wait to go back. It is nice to know there is a place out there that feels like home with wonderful people around you.

We stayed here for a weekend to celebrate my kid’s 8th bday. Place was just as described. Very clean and spacious. Loved the fireplace and games. We went snow tubing at Holiday Mountain which was about 40 mins away and had a great time. If you forget to bring any groceries you’ll be able to pick up some stuff at Pete’s supermarket which was like 6 mins away. Would stay here again!

Lovely, beautifully set up cozy home in the woods with a great living/dining/kitchen space for socializing and the the bedrooms tucked in the back. Comfy beds. Great fireplace. Showering in the front bathroom with the rain shower and sun reflecting off the snow outside was luxurious. None of our group were bath people but the bath there looked great too. Stars were stunning the last night.

Incredible home! We spent the weekend here with our dog. The large fenced yard was amazing for her. The house is tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The view is wonderful. The town is less than a 5-min drive, with wonderful cafes, restaurants, a grocery store and some cool shops. Great place all around and a good size for a larger family or small group of friends too. Thanks for a great weekend!

Our stay at Marcel’s was amazing. Everything looked exactly as posted and described. Marcel sent very thorough information and instructions for use of everything. The beds were truly the most comfortable beds ever! We had the best sleep. There was so many items in the kitchen to use and condiments in fridge etc. The wood burning stove was the perfect part to the weekend. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked beautiful. We did notice mice droppings around the house, mostly in the kitchen but we were made aware of that prior. We just made sure to keep all food away- no issue there! Our two dogs enjoyed the stay as well.

This was a perfect house that felt like home for my family and I. From checking in to checking out and everything in between, Kasey was kind, accommodating, and highly responsive. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. She and her home made it very easy to feel comfortable. I loved the simplicity of her home, the minimalist approach so we didn’t have to worry about all the “things,” and the warm feel overall. From someone who has stayed in my rentals, this has exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much!
