Sarah’s place was great. Location is great for fishing. House was clean and many items provided for use. Host very responsive.

Excellent weekend getaway from the city. Alan is a responsive host and allowed us an earlier check in and later check out. House is super cozy and quaint and although can accommodate more people it also works perfectly for a couple. Hot tub was a great addition to the home and perfect for two. The lake is super close and serene. So many fabulous little towns to drive to and explore within 20 minutes of the house for thrifting, great coffee shops and good eats. Alan provides a guidebook with everything you can think of, so much helpful info. My partner and I also loved playing the games they had in the living room for family fun. It was a perfect weekend getaway. A peaceful nook in a quiet community. Just what we were looking for. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Alicia and Jamie’s home in Livingston Manor. The home itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. And the property was fantastic- beautiful and very private yet close to town. Speaking of the town, Livingston Manor is charming and definitely worth exploring, as is nearby Roscoe. Overall a great time. We look forward to returning.

Stayed for a long weekend with our pup. The house was perfect, they thought of everything! Amazing lake view. 14 minute drive to town and just under 20 to the next town. Plenty of good food, drinks and shopping! Thank you Marzena for being an exceptional host!

We had an amazing weekend in the Catskills thanks to The Nest at Swiss. We brought five kids and 5 adults and we had the greatest time. Plenty of room to spread out while also a ton to do. We watched movies, played cards, made pop corn, built fires, smoked meat, went fishing, kayaking, played endless games of manhunt and monopoly. The Nest was set up for everything. We really enjoyed the short walks into Jeffersonville and hanging out on the decks. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect for Memorial Day weekend it did not matter to us. The Nest is also really close to Bethel Woods and we took him to concert on Saturday night super convenient location. The house was fully stocked and had everything we can think of. Well done Matthew!

I want to thank Yanna for a wonderful time at her beautiful lake home. My friends and I stayed for a few days and it was an awesome experience. Simply 100% Beautiful. The beautiful scenery and living accommodations were emasculate. Yanna was very responsive and receptive to our requests and messages. I would recommend staying at this property for sure and my friends and I are already talking about when we’re going back. Thank you Yanna!

We had such a great stay! The house was perfect~spacious, clean, and full of charm. There was so much to do, from swimming to hiking and everything in between. Whether we were relaxing by the pool or out exploring nature, this place had it all. It’s the kind of spot where you can truly unwind and have an adventure. Highly recommend~would love to come back soon!

This was a second stay at Chris's place because our family so enjoyed it the first time. Interestingly, our grandkids remembered it but had a completely different experience as they are older. This time they were old enough to enjoy the kayaks and paddle boards on Lake Huntington! And now there are foosball tournaments! We shared meals, campfire, games and laughs. Anais home was spacious, clean, open and airy with great natural light and outdoor space which worked really well for our two small families with one 6 year old and one infant. It included all the amenities including toys children’s books packnplay and a great little surprise playroom and open kitchen and living area. Very close to food shopping and an urgent care which we had to visit bc of a tick bite my husband got so the location came in handy. Unfortunately bound to happen in the woods! The town of Liberty did not seem to have much going on otherwise but close to Bethel Woods and other towns worth a visit. And staying at the house using the grill and playing worked out great for our young families.

Four of us and two dogs had a great time at the lake house for three night! Steven has programmed the space nicely with fire pits, hammocks, and boats to use during your stay. We had so much fun, and enjoyed hanging out on the porch by the grill. Beds were comfy, and the both room was clean with lots of towels. Steven was super responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions. Don't second guess a reservation here.

The house was beautiful and my family loved it. The swingset outside and the toys inside kept my kids occupied and happy the whole time. The house is very kid friendly which was great for us. The house is right by the lake and we were able to go fishing and even use the kayak. We had a very peaceful stay and would definitely come again.

Debra and Mike were great hosts and have created a very warm, inviting and comfortable place for those seeking to explore the Catskills. It's a home away from home! There's a grill available which we made great use of, a fire pit to enjoy nature and star gazing, and their two dogs Luna and Roxy are extremely friendly. Highly recommend their place!

Lovely spot. Quiet and well-appointed with a vintage vibe. The lake is great for paddling/fishing. Its central location is perfect for trout fishing the many creeks and rivers in the area, and exploring the towns of Roscoe/Livingston Manor/Callicoon. Would recommend!

Great place. Fun water activities for the kids. Our dogs allowed to come was excellent. A little light on cutlery in the kitchen, but we made it work. Would recommend and would stay here again!

Bryn was so helpful for my girls and I on our trip! The paddle boards were a great way to start our mornings!

Absolutely gorgeous place. Was so peaceful and nice. Meghan was friendly and responded very fast when we needed something. Would love to come back and enjoying the kayaks on the beautiful lake again!

Priscilla was a great host and was very flexible with some unforeseen last minute scheduling conflictions on our end. The cabin was very nice and clean and the dogs had a ton of fun in the pond. it was a nice, secluded location for a getaway and only 5 minutes from town.

Absolutely fantastic. Beautiful scenery. Lots to do on the property without even leaving the house. The house is fully stocked. If you accidentally leave anything behind.. this house will have it. Comfortable beds. The pool table and poker table was a lot of fun. The hottub was awesome. WiFi works great. I went in the river a few times but keep in mind the current is strong if you are not a good swimmer. I could have stayed even longer, I did not want to leave! Left feeling very refreshed as if I left the spa. This is a great house for a family or friend’s retreat. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend to anyone thinking about it. There are some shops 15mins away if you need anything. Chinese food, liquor store, convenience store etc

Hunter House is a great place to stay! Loved that we all had our own bedroom and my husband and I had our own en-suite bathroom. The kitchen was great! We ate almost every meal at the house. The game room was lots of fun as well as all the games there were to play. We especially liked the hot tub! Loved all the hunter house details - blankets, cups, etc. Host was super responsive and helpful!

W’s place is great for a large family or group of friends looking for a getaway in a peaceful, private, retreat-like environment. The house has cozy Catskill cabin vibes with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms and a variety of different spaces to provide a large group with opportunities to spread out and find quiet nooks and crannies when needed. The beautiful wooded setting is perfect backdrop for all the amenities — wood fired hot tub and sauna plus cold plunge make the property feel like a private spa. It’s very easy to stay on the property for a full day without leaving, however there’s also an abundance of local adventures to be had — hiking, swimming, fishing etc. Great place for outdoor enthusiasts. W is responsive and helpful in his communications.

We absolutely loved our time here! We loved how secluded and quiet the property was. There’s plenty of room to spread out and the house has everything you need to have relaxing evenings/dinners at home and it’s just a 15 minute drive to Livingston Manor for going out to eat. You also have access to Hunter Lake for swimming and kayaking (only a 5 minute walk) which was the perfect way to unwind and cool off after long days of hiking. Heather was also very responsive during check in and check out and we felt well taken care of.

This place was a homerun. Clean organized great location peaceful. Nice detail and accessories provided for a stay at a log cabin. Me and girlfriend already booked it again Excited to go back.

Lovely setting, comfortable beds environment, and all tools to enjoy outdoors , barbecue and fire-pit. The only downside was difficulty finding the property. Street not listed on GPS and not very visible, and wifi is not great until you arrive inside-.its also a dirt road. Very close to all venues, like Bethel woods and fine dining.
