Vacation rentals with a pool in Sullivan County

I took a few of my employees to Brad & Nadine's for a weekend getaway and it could not have been more perfect ! The place was spacious and clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen had all the basic necessities for cooking and all appliances were in working condition and well maintained. The hot tub was fabulous and clean as well and is located on top of the deck vs under which I really prefer so that the sky is visible while sitting in it. The fireplace and large windows are a big plus too. ! All instructions were clear and the hosts communicated promptly. It was the perfect weekend getaway and a great alternative for a larger group to stay at after a day at beautiful Lodge at Woodloch spa which was only a few miles away. I highly recommend Brad & Nadine's place. We'll be back for sure!

Great place to relax & recharge and I would recommend it to others. CHECKING-IN: smooth/easy process without having to locate a lockbox, haha. LOCATION: the cottage is located in a peaceful, quiet, and serene area. COTTAGE: it was clean & cozy, and had a welcome basket filled with snacks and a bottle of wine. I loved the window overlooking the pond, which provided a lot of sunlight. DOG-OWNERS: my little guy enjoyed running around the open field as it's mostly closed off...there's a fence that runs parallel to the road (although there aren't many cars that drive on it), a barn that blocks a side, and tall grass that blocks the other 2 sides. Please note that deer are sometimes in the field in the early AM, so it's best to open the door and give a quick glance before letting your dog run out...if they're prone to chasing deer. TICKS: you always have to be cautious when upstate, but we didn't have any issues during our stay. HOSTS: responsive and accommodating :-)

Tyson’s place was perfect for a last minute getaway for my family and my brothers family - we felt right at home with a variety of books, games and toys and the kids loved the backyard with lots of wooded area to explore plus the playset! We were able to enjoy the hot tub during the chilly mornings and were pleased with how helpful our host was with getting everything set up. We could see coming back in various seasons with friends in the future :)

This was the second time we stayed at this property. I truly feel at home here. All necessities are available, everything is clean, and communication with the host is almost immediate.

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of room, very clean and the beds were really comfortable which is a rare find for an Airbnb. Perfect location for skiing and snowboarding at Big Bear. We did have a problem with the lock on the door not working and by the next morning it was fixed. Very responsive and helpful.

Amazing place to stay gives you a chill vibes and quin responded to my messages no matter what time it was and i highly recommend and will be back a next time

Our stay exceeded expectations on all fronts. Michael was very friendly and communicative about instructions and nuances, check-in and check-out was a breeze. The house is on very private and pristine land, right next to a creek. The house was very comfortable and had every need met, tons of space and very comfortable for 8 people. Well stocked kitchen allowed us to make every meal a joy. Additionally, the design and appointments in the house are artful and thoughtfully chosen. Feels like a truly authentic woodsy experience, it was such a cozy and comfortable stay. Although most days of our stay were rainy, we enjoyed how cozy the house is and walked around the grounds during breaks in precipitation. Hope to come back in warmer weather and enjoy the pool!
