Nous avons séjourné deux nuits chez Deborah, qui nous avait indiqué l'entrée avec des photos et point gps ; emplacement idéal, parking dans la propriété. Le logement est très agréable, très propre, au calme, avec sa grande terasse, la piscine ; et tout le nécessaire est mis à notre disposition ; l'hébegement est conforme à la description. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet espace, nous recommandons !

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Alessandros Wohnung! Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Alessandro war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Gegend zu erkunden, und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

We had a beautiful restful stay at this charming part of Sardinia. So peaceful and the surrounding countryside was stunning. We woke up to beautiful wall to wall blue sky and watched the sun set every night. A very special part of the world . A special thank you to Carlo, who stayed up for a late checkin. A very sweet and kind man. We didn’t want for anything but if we did, we knew he would have been on hand to help. Thank you Carlo.

Augusto war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, er hat uns auch gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten empfohlen und Tipps gegeben. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Lage und es war alles vorhanden was mann brauchte. Wir haben und sehr eohl gefühlt

Wir hatten einen außergewöhnlich schönen Urlaub. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist erstklassig. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Nur ein paar Treppen hinunter. Der Strand ist wirklich wunderschön und wenig frequentiert. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist was Besonderes. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Die Einrichtung ist sehr neu und hochwertig und die Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr schön gestaltet. Man kann wunderbar schlafen, das Schlafzimmer ließ sich komplett abdunkeln. Die Bilder geben den Zustand der Wohnung eins zu eins wieder. Was wir aber besonders hervorheben möchten, was Stefano, der Co-Host. Er war immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas benötigt hat und hat sich auch von selbst immer wieder gemeldet, ob irgendetwas fehlt. Er hat uns sogar angeboten unter e-Auto bei sich im Haus privat laden zu lassen und uns dorthin zu fahren. Wir hatten noch nie einen so guten Host in einer Ferienwohnung. Grazie mille Stefano! Es war wirklich sehr schön.

The apartment had a wonderful cozy-homey feeling, was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and was located in a quite and peaceful part of Gonnesa, with a wonderful view of the hills around. There’s a parking spot right in front of the door, and a balcony to admire the sunset hues. The living room/kitchen gets a lot of sun and the bedroom is below it, keeping the heat out - perfect for summer! Tommaso was responsive, proactive and quick in his communication - we would def recommend it.

Federica (Paola & Carlo) treated us like family. The welcome was extremely warm and welcoming. The space is Fabulous!!! Decor is perfect, beachy vibe and the location…OMG! Couldn’t be more perfect! Less than 1 minute walk to Poetto beach, bars and fabulous restaurants! If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. If you have a car, getting to old town Cagliari ( must see) is only 10 minutes by car. No car? The bus is easily accessible. Absolutely Perfect! Can’t thank you enough Federica! ❤️😘

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Alles war wie beschrieben, super Wohnung für ein Paar, grandiose große Terrasse, tolle Gegend. Leider waren Mitte April außerhalb der Saison noch nicht alle Restaurants geöffnet und wir konnten den Pool nicht nutzen. Das wussten wir natürlich vorher, trotzdem war es schade, weil er bei dem teilweise sonnigen Wetter doch sehr einladend aussah. Sonst würden wir auch 5 Sterne für Preis/Leistung geben. Ganz toll waren die Tipps und die schnellen hilfreichen Antworten von Matteo und Katia. Super war auch, dass die beiden Klimaanlagen das Schlafzimmer und den Wohn-Essbereich ganz schnell mit Wärme erfüllt haben.

Beautiful and stylish accommodation. The house had everything you could want or need for a home away from home. Exceptional attention to detail and exceptional cleanliness. Lovely welcome hamper, including a delicious cake!! which was appreciated after a long day travelling. Great location with spectacular views from the roof top terrace. Easy access to a lovely beach. Would highly recommend.

Très bon séjour chez Angelo et sa famille. Le lieu, en pleine nature, est paisible tout en étant à proximité des axes le reliant aux zones touristiques. Angelo est très sympathique et de bons conseils.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location is on a hill with a view of the cathedral. You will hear a constant chiming of church bells and tourists visiting, which we didn’t mind. Be prepared to walk up and down the hill to get into Cagliari center and to restaurants. Keep in mind that if you have a rental car, the parking is a bit of a nuisance. On a map it appears to be just behind the apartment with a 12 min walk but it’s down a hill so there’s a lot of walking up and down the hill. Another thing to consider is that because the street in front is narrow, it is difficult to stop to load or unload your car since there’s almost always someone right behind you wanting to go forward. It’s a one car, one way street of an old charming city. Was a bit of a challenge to unload and load our luggage. Overall we loved the apartment and the church bells. The host was accessible and responsive. Maybe uber to and from the apartment for a more convenient stay.

Schöne kleine Dachwohnung mit Terrasse. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wirklich beeindruckend und die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Nicoletta ist sehr hilfsbereit und reagiert auf Rückfragen sehr schnell.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Cinzia und ihrer wunderbaren Familie war einfach perfekt! Von Anfang an waren sie unglaublich hilfsbereit und herzlich. Obwohl es bei der Ankunft ein Problem mit unserem Mietwagen gab und wir kein Auto wie vereinbart am Flughafen erhalten haben, stand Cinzia uns sofort zur Seite. Die Taxipreise waren enorm hoch, aber Cinzia war so freundlich, uns bei unserer Rückkehr persönlich zum nächsten Bahnhof zu fahren. Wir sind ihr für diese Großzügigkeit überaus dankbar! Auch die Wohnung war makellos sauber und es gab alles was wir so brauchen. Besonders genossen haben wir den morgendlichen Cappuccino im Park direkt gegenüber, bei Gabriel – es hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Vielen Dank, Cinzia, für deine Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße, Adeline

Ein ganz zauberhaftes kleines Appartement mit einen wunderschönen Blick von der Terrasse. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir können es nur empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Appartement von Fabio. Direkt am Meer gelegen mit einer kleinen Terrasse, von wo aus man das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang schön beobachten kann. Im Appartement ist alles für eine Selbstversorgung vorhanden. Auch das Parken ist dank einem Parkplatz unkompliziert. Ein kleiner Strand, sauber mit kristallklarem Wasser, ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch das kleine Städtchen Portoscuso ist sehr nett. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.

Departamento amplio y cómodo en el centro de Cagliari. Acceso a pie a zonas turísticas, gastronómicas y comerciales de la ciudad. Muy limpio y ordenado. Cocina equipada. Federico muy amable, nos dio recomendaciones locales y se mostró siempre atento y predispuesto. Recomiendo!

Nous avons passé 9 jours chez Raphaella. Tout a été absolument parfait. De l’arrivée au départ. Raphaella a été formidable de disponibilités. Nous n’avons pas eu la chance de la rencontrer mais dès que je lui demandais un conseil par sms, elle répondait immédiatement et en détails. Raphaella est très soucieuse du bien être de ses “locataires “. Son appartement est très fonctionnel, extrêmement propre et rien ne manque. C’est probablement une de mes meilleures expériences Airbnb. Merci Raphaella!

We had a nice and pleasant staying in the apartment. The host greeted us with a bottle of wine, and it was very pleasant. We liked the terrace - with flowers, lemon tree and sea view. The towels for beach were unexpectedly nice surprise. Very clean, with everything necessary and even more. There is a supermarket really nearby the apartment, unfortunately during our staying it was closed for renovation. The other one is at 25 minutes walk.

L'appartamento di Francesca è molto luminoso, pulito e dotato di ogni attrezzatura. Ci siamo stati d'inverno e si è rivelato caldo e confortevole nonostante le basse temperature eterne. Si trova in posizione comoda, non distante a zone dove è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente.

It was the perfect place to stay at. Ideally located in the centre, close to everything but still quiet at the same time. The flat was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was well cleaned. Clearly a 5 star Apartment!

We loved our stay here! A perfect apartment and Lorenzo was an excellent host who provided really helpful local information and instructions. The apartment was very easy to find and is in a lovely location and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The surrounding streets are very pretty as they are full of colourful plants and flowers and heritage sites of interest are within walking distance (although, as with everywhere in Cagliari there are some steep paths). The apartment was extremely well equipped and included everything that we needed for our trip and more (a few examples: hairdryer, coffee pot, wine glasses, maps, guides, beautiful books on local history, local recommendations, beach equipment - and much more) and it was spotlessly clean throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Lorenzo and Severino!

We hebben een prima verblijf gehad in de loft / Studio van Lucio. Ongeveer 12 minuten met taxi vanaf het vliegveld. Ongeveer 20 euro. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en rondgeleid. Heldere uitleg over de inventaris en de omgeving. Zeer schoon en gezellig ingericht. Fijn bed. Dakterras is mooi. Op sommige momenten van de dag warm. Comfortabele terrasstoelen en een extra parasol zou nog een goede aanvulling zijn. Centum is lopend goed bereikbaar ongeveer 15-20 minuten. Veel terrasjes en restaurants. Met bus 1 en vervolgens bus PF kun je naar het lange strand. Buskaartjes zijn goedkoop ook contant bij de chauffeur te kopen (€1,80 voor 90 minuten met de bus) let op koop ook alvast kaartjes voor de terugweg. Contant betalen, geen wisselgeld! Kan erg druk zijn in de bus. Kan ook via een app. Er zijn strenge controles voor zwartrijder! Dure boetes! Via taxi app is ook eenvoudig taxi te boeken.
