Really nice place, very peaceful and private. Fab location only a few steps to an amazing beach. Along the beach ten minutes walk are some beachside restaurants, a bit on the pricey side but lovely food and local dishes and you pay for the location with views over the beach and blue sea. Crystal clear water. There’s a little shop nearby 5 minutes in the car or 20 minutes walk which has everything you need. We would definitely recommend. Five stars.

Pasquale is a great host-welcoming,friendly,communicative & humorous!What a find this house was. The house & beautiful garden are brilliant in every way.There is absolutely everything you need and more for a perfect,relaxing holiday-which we had.The house is modern,bright&pristine with great attention to detail throughout. We loved the outdoor terrace.The location,quiet &private is great,an easy walk to a beautiful beach.The island is beautiful,so many fabulous beaches. We had a fabulous time, both beaches with private access a stone's throw away were beautiful and each offered a different feel. One more sheltered, the other sandier; both with beautifully clear turqoise waters! There were enough restaurants, shops and stalls close by and we enjoyed drives a little further afield to find other beaches and places to eat and shop. The apartment terrace was nicely enclosed, perfect for a toddler. Great to have access to a garden and a bbq below. The apartment had everything you need, always nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine for longer stays. Enrico kindly provided a cot. If I was to provide any suggestion, it would be to upgrade the beds, however this didn't detract from what was a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable first holiday in Sardinia! We look forward to coming back in the future! Our tips for others would be to book tables well ahead at the local restaurants to avoid missing out and bring a paddleboard!

Massimo is an exceptional Host! We encountered some problems unrelated to Massimo, and he was always available by email or in person on site. He is a warm, welcoming person who has only one obsession: Your comfort Thanks Massimo... because we had a great week in a quiet and superb environment. In April the sea is still cold but the landscapes are sumptuous, and the beach 70 m from the cottage is a little gem. Also go see the beaches on the Chia side... a real little paradise! Have a good season Massimo... Looking forward to seeing you again maybe one day Best regards

We had a very pleasant family vacation; we immediately felt at home. Stephan, Pierre-Michel's son, is a very kind host, very nice, and attentive to our every need. Always reachable, when we asked for information and advice, he always responded immediately. Thanks to him, we were able to find beaches and restaurants in the area. The villa is beautiful, in a quiet area of Porto Pino; it offers a large outdoor space, with three BBQs; a patio that we have used every day, as it is extremely well furnished and allows us to eat outside. The house is extremely organized, with a kitchen where there was everything you could need. The rooms are fresh and spacious, with mosquito nets and air conditioning (not used because it was fine even without it). Two bathrooms with showers; washing machine, hair dryer. The place and the vast outdoor space are very suitable for children. In other words, we really reluctantly left. Thank you Pierre-Michel and Stefan!

My wife and I stayed in Tatiana's AirBnB for over a week in December and had a wonderful and relaxing time. The small, cozy place had everything you need. Of course, the location right on the sea is outstanding! Beautiful sandy beaches or Cagliari are also within minutes by car. The apartment itself is accessible via several stairs and steps. Therefore not suitable for people who are not good on their feet. Tatiana and her co-hosts were super friendly, always available and helpful! Since our ferry times changed at short notice, we had to print out new tickets. Tatiana also thankfully took care of this for us!A late checkout was also no problem, as the property was not directly occupied again after us. That was great for us. Thanks again for everything! :)

Scheduled vacation to meet the son who resides in the United States but owns a home in the area. Niceapartment, well organized, cool enough even on the hottest days (up to 36°C), so much so that we only turned on the air conditioners one-two times to cool it off before going to sleep. Very practical and well-stocked kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator, well-organized bathroom, possibility of showering both cold and hot even in the small outdoor garden. Quiet location, private parking, nice beach in the immediate vicinity within walking distance. Host available and friendly. We didn't need to contact you during your stay, and she kindly came to greet us on departure.
