The living room was fantastic. Very nice apartment, clean and fresh. In a few minutes by scooter or car you can reach beautiful beaches. Very precious Cristina who was always very helpful and made us feel at home and pampered from start to finish, she gave us great advice and really went above and beyond, fulfilling all our requests with kindness and cordiality. You can go with your eyes closed!

I had a great time, the house is very functional, equipped with all the comforts with a phenomenal view, it is located in a strategic area to quickly reach all the beaches in the area. Adele proved to be very helpful in recommending places to visit and typical restaurants in the area. Highly recommended.

Francesca welcomed us in person and was a great host. She was great to communicate with, both before and during our stay. And the house. It is easily one of the most beautiful ones we've stayed in. The floors, the walls and the furniture are amazing and it felt like a real privilege to live here, if just for a few days. Some days we could park the car just outside the door, and when that spot was taken there was a bigger parking lot just a minutes walk away. Highly recommend!

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. Wow, wow, wow - we loved it all! Helen is an extraordinary host - friendly, has lots of helpful tips, cares about the well-being of the guests. Wonderful communication and at the same time mindful of privacy. The apartment is unique: huge kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Comfortable beds, great living room. The highlight is the all-around balcony overlooking olive grove, mountains and the sea. We can fully recommend this accommodation. Alice’s place has everything that you will need and more. It is clean, spacious and updated with modern bathrooms and bedrooms that we really appreciated. She may also potentially has the best beddings we’ve had throughout our travel in Europe over the years! She prepared a lovely welcome amenity and even left some color markers after knowing we are visiting with our little ones. Talk about hospitality and going beyond. This is why we usually chooses to stay in homes that are run personally by the owners instead of agents.

We will be happy to come back and highly recommend this stay if you need peace and quiet. 🌄The well-kept property has a beautifully landscaped garden/olive grove. The pool was always very clean and had a pleasant temperature. 🛌 The apartment is large, very clean and easy to keep cool thanks to the airconditioners. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with equipment. The bed slept wonderfully! 🍳Breakfast is optional. The set table is waiting for you in the shade, with beautiful views. Warm or fresh items were brought as soon as you sat at the table. Everything was delicious! Definitely try the homemade yogurt and the 'beaten eggs'. 📌🏝️Francesco communicates proactively, gives tips related to the area (=a map of Sardinia on which he indicated everything). Francesco respects your privacy and is never intrusive. He is always available via what's app. Everyone is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. 🙏

I stayed one night in this super cozy little house, as I was in transit for a business trip. I chose it mainly for the possibility of having a private parking space, a very important detail for my travel. I was welcomed in an excellent way right away: I was provided with all the useful information to spend the night at its best. The house is very welcoming and the cleanliness is impeccable. One thing that particularly struck me, making me feel really "at home," was the Easter decoration: simple, pretty and with attention to detail. Great, as expected! A small haven of peace

Very well-kept and very clean house. Equipped with everything you need for a stay by the sea (from dishes, pots, pans to barbecue grill). It's just a few minutes' drive from the coast, but it doesn't have a sea view, except for the room with a balcony (still quite far away). The hosts were extremely helpful and flexible, accommodating all of our requests. Only thing: if you decide to cook, the house is very uncomfortable because of its structure, which has the kitchen on the ground floor and the outdoor patio with the table upstairs (at a room and if a bathroom); which forces you to bring everything you need up and down.

We spent three days at Andrea's place - the reception was great, we were greeted personally and shown around. As described, the apartment is many stairs away from the floor - that did not bother us. Great rooftop overlooking Cagliari, modern furnishings, everything there, great lighting. Enjoyed the sun and even used the magnificent outdoor shower to cool off. Bathroom top. the hosts take care of themselves warmly, also got new glasses and a FireTV stick during our stay. Would highly recommend it! There was plenty of parking around the block in April.

Thank you. We enjoyed our quiet night at your place in Cagliari. There was a lovely small market nearby and we enjoyed the beautiful 15-20 walk down to a livelier part of town for dinner and back up late that night. A quiet place to sleep in the richness of the walled village was exactly what our family wanted. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Christina's place. She is very friendly and helps with all questions within a very short time. The location is fantastic to explore Cagliari. Definitely recommended.

Great location, good amenities, up to and including Alexa. Franco personally welcomed us and showed us everything and responded immediately if something was wrong. The bathroom still needs some optimization, which is why they wanted to take care of it. Inside the house it was quite quiet and we felt comfortable and safe! Can recommend the apartment 100%!

Staying with Cristina and Paolo was a wonderful experience. They were very nice people and helpful. The clean and tidy apartment has everything you need for a family of 4. Super spacious kitchen and living area with everything you need for cooking. Also use private off-street parking if needed. Within walking distance is a small beach and shops, as well as restaurant, pharmacy, MD supermarket and etc. If they drive a little further, they have the most beautiful beaches with turquoise waters. I can only recommend another stay with Cristina and Paolo.

We had a wholesome start of our vacations. The stay at Elias AirBnb was top notch. We especially enjoyed the playful dogs and cats. Elisa was always supportive and great communication. We can recommend it to pet lovers and families.

The area is really very nice, quiet and well connected. The apartment is small, but perfectly organized and ideal for a short stay. It's well-equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. Recommended for those looking for a cozy and functional place!
