Leonora welcomed me warmly, she is very friendly and helpful at all times. The house is spacious, in excellent condition and well equipped. Nothing is missing. Furniture and utensils are lovingly and tastefully selected. You are completely undisturbed in this magnificent natural environment, a real recovery! I'm sure I'll be back soon!

Edvard's apartment was super nice and deserved all 5 stars, the view was terrific, the furnishings, new great bathrooms, including kitchen, dishes and coffee machine were perfect and left nothing to be desired. Access to the sea is via a private staircase and you can swim wonderfully in the clear water. The apartment is quietly located and the sunset is simply fantastic. Villa La Caletta is a super nice accommodation, with spacious rooms and very good facilities. The spacious outdoor area invites you to sunbathe and watch the stars in several places. A barbecue area is also available. Alberto is a great host who is always available and responds to the wishes of his customers. Our conclusion we will come back

Chiara and Livio are always available and kind. The house is very large and cool even on the hottest days. My four-legged friend loves the garden. Perfect for my needs, in a very quiet location, surrounded by nature.

Nice cottage with all necessities, traditional but with enough luxury. We were warmly welcomed even though we arrived late, and got a lot of explanations about the house and surroundings. The rest of the week the owners were not there, but otherwise madre lives in the basement, and she has her own garden. We especially loved the big garden with flowers and lots of places to sit down. There were often sweet cats walking around, very cozy. It was incredibly quiet at night. We used the bikes to discover the many beaches, very convenient. In many places, beach bars were already open, even though it was still pre season. A somewhat larger supermarket is a 15-minute drive away. The walk along the coast on the old Roman road is recommended.

Very nice accomodation in a small village with everything you need for a family with small kids. Luciano and Danila were very helpful for all requests and questions. Thanks again 😊

Stefania and Francesco are extremely hospitable, helpful and accommodating. It is very familiar. I have never experienced such great hosts! There are always fresh vegetables, salad and fruit from the garden, fresh eggs from the chickens and also other treasures such as homemade cake or quiche, which we got when we came back from our tours. Both spared no effort to show my mom a rock she wanted to go to. They both hiked with me there, including hedge trimmers, which were also 😅used to enable her to see the rock. If something was missing, it was provided. The apartment is super cozy and beautiful! The beds are super comfortable and the garden is very, very well maintained. I can only recommend everyone to take a vacation here. Thank you for the great time with you!

Nicely decorated and well equipped apartment, quiet location, just a few meters to a small supermarket. The only downside: it is rather a suburban area. Quartu is nothing special apart from the beach (which is long and nice). If you want to feel the city vibes of Cagliari, better go directly downtown.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

We stayed in Sheila's apartment for 4 nights: we arrived late by plane and Sheila welcomed us very well despite the late hour. The apartment matches the description and photos, very clean and tidy. Parking is easy to find, we always parked in the street of the house or in a parallel one a minute's walk away. Around the house there are various grocery stores, supermarkets and everything that may be needed is easily accessible on foot. Sheila also provided us with a crib and a high chair for the baby and also a toy to entertain him. What can I say? We'll definitely come back to see you, Sheila!

My second time at Martas place and had a very nice stay this time as well. Last time I spent 5 weeks working from the apartment in low season and now 10 days sept/oct. Perfect place to stay, near everything. Fantastic terrace and view and quick respons from Marta to all our questions. Also love the apartment and neighborhood. We were 3 adults and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place.

We had a pleasant stay at Simone's. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and identical to the description. The outdoor setting with swimming pool and garden are appreciable. The neighborhood is quiet. A peaceful place to rest and unwind. Simone is a great host. He is very responsive and attentive. He advised us well on the beaches where to swim. He's also very generous. He offered us vegetables and he offered us a pizza evening. We had a great time with the other guests. We recommend it!

Fabio spot had such a spectacular view of the marina beech and hills in the distance. Everything was new and fresh and arranged with taste. We really enjoyed Porto Pino for the walks, beach and surrounding natural beauty. Fabio was so kind and friendly

Paolo and his wife's place matched our expectations perfectly. It was very clean and Paolo is a very friendly host. We stayed at Anna's house a year ago on vacation and returned because we liked it very much. The house, the garden, proximity to great beaches… was perfect again.

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

Love at first sight. The location is very quiet, suitable for people like us who want to rest. The villa is only about 50m from the large, long (almost private) beach. Other well known beaches like Costa Rei or Villasimius are about 20 minutes away. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, even the kitchen. Very modern toilets and shower facilities. Garden with meadow, fireplace, whirlpool. Terrace on top is a gem with the seaview. Unfortunately there is only one parking space available in the villa. But additional cars can be parked in a parking lot outside the private area. The costs for electricity and water are included in the price. The host, Margerita was very kind and helpful. She even showed us the nearby beach, kept informing us about different restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and activities in the region. And at our request, she picked up the separated waste. ⁠All in all, it was a perfect stay for my family and me. We definitely would love to come again.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

The house is as beautiful as on the photos, and the set up with 2 separate wings on each side of the living room is very convenient when travelling 2 families or a lagerger family group. The pool was great, nice and clean with views to the hills and the sea. Familiy meals on the porch, enjoying the views and the quiet location - just the best. You need a car, but it is an easy drive to Pula for shopping. Sabrina was very helpfull and flexible when we arrived late evening due to delayed flight.

The house has been recently renovated and is in perfect condition. The location in great in a private domain with the beach just down the street.
