Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Sulcis

Die schöne, grosszügige Wohnung ist eine von Vier und verfügt über viele private Sitzmöglichkeiten im Aussenbereich und einen gepflegten, geteilten Pool. Mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern haben wir wunderschöne 8 Tage hier verbracht und genossen sehr den Pool für uns, da keine der andere Wohnungen besetzt waren. Die Küche ist gut ausgestatttet, die Wohnung ist Blitzblank. Die Betten waren für unsere geschmack eher hart. Toll für uns waren die Mückennetze bei allen Fenstern und die Fensterläden um die Zimmer ganz abzudunkeln. Auch wenn wir Rita nicht persönlich kennen gelernt haben, war sie eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Jederzeit erreichbar und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir Alles hatten. Wir würden diese Unterkunft Familien, Paaren, Freunden und vielen mehr wärmstens empfehlen und danken den Gastgebern herzlich für Alles.

Encore un énorme merci, Francesco et Laura sont juste des hôtes exceptionnels! Nous avons été accueilli comme des rois à notre arrivée par un repas fait maison (ils proposent des menus), qui était juste délicieux et très bien cuisinée. Nous avons pus discuter avec eux et ils nous ont donné des bonnes adresses qui nous ont été précieuses pour profiter de notre séjours en compagnie de nos 2 chiens. Francesco est très disponible pour répondre aux questions et rendre service 😁 Le logement est plutôt dans les terres au calme et nous fait bénéficier d’un énorme jardin clôturé. Sans aucun doute si nous revenons en Sardaigne du Sud vous nous reverrez! On a adorer notre séjour chez vous! 🤩

This is simply the best Air BNB we have ever stayed at, we have travelled to many countries and the hospitality showed to us was amazing, Great local recommendations to sights close by, beautiful accomodation, local delicacies for us to try, all of this was above an beyond our expectations. The house is so clean, and beautifully decorated, there were lovely spaces inside and out to enjoy in the garden areas. We want to come back here and stay again and wish we were staying longer. If you are considering a stay around the Pula area, stay here!!!

We had a lovely time staying in Sant'Antioco. The area is fantastic and the flat was well placed to explore both on foot and by car. The flat itself was well proportioned and had everything we needed in it; the AC was apricated in the bedrooms and we made the most of the beautiful courtyard with the lemon trees.

Massimo est un Hôte exceptionnel ! Nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes indépendants de Massimo, et il a toujours été disponible par mail voir physiquement sur place. C'est une personne chaleureuse, accueillante qui n'a qu'une obsession : Votre confort Merci Massimo ... car nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un environnement calme et superbe. En avril la mer est encore froide mais les paysages sont somptueux, et la plage à 70 m du gîte est un petit bijoux. Allez aussi voir les plages du côté de Chia ... un vrai petit paradis ! Bonne saison Massimo ... Au plaisir de se revoir peut être un jour Cordialement

Diese Unterkunft ist kein gewöhnlicher Ort – sie ist ein kleines Paradies, das sich sofort wie Zuhause anfühlt. Der liebevoll gestaltete Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein und lässt einen den Alltag augenblicklich vergessen. Es ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Geborgenheit, an dem man einfach ankommt. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, sind Giovannis Eltern, Francesca und Benjamino. Sie kümmern sich nicht nur mit großer Sorgfalt um das Anwesen, sondern begegnen ihren Gästen mit echter Herzlichkeit. Als unsere Tochter plötzlich hohes Fieber bekam, holten sie ohne zu zögern einen Arzt und begleiteten uns anschließend ins Krankenhaus. Sie blieben die ganze Zeit an unserer Seite – mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit, die uns tief berührt hat. Dieser Ort und diese Menschen sind ein Geschenk – und sie verdienen die beste Bewertung, die man nur geben kann.

Antonello is an amazing host. He is very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We had a great stay at the villa, it was very clean, well equipped house with well kept grounds. The pool and outdoor area was fantastic. Each bedroom had an en-suite, if anything I think the villa is better in person than in the pictures. It’s a great location to get into Cagliari but also not be right in the city and not far from the beach. We had a a great stay with a mix of relaxing at the pool, touring around the city and going to the beach. I’d recommend this property to anyone. Thank you Antonello.

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf ervaren. De rust en ruimte in combinatie met het vriendelijke ontvangst is het helemaal waard. Voor ons de ideale uitvalsbasis naar locaties in het zuidwesten die we graag wilden bezoeken. Je voelt je meteen thuis door het charisma en de vriendelijkheid van Alberto’s vader. Zouden het iedereen aanraden.

We found Cristina's very place was very clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are large and the beds are the most comfortable we have found. External metal shutters allow you keep the place dark so you can have a laying without being woken up by the sun. Garden was neat and tidy and the covered out door seating area also useful should it rain. On premise parking is useful, although you would also find space in the street should you want to park there. Cristina's is very responsive and has suggestions on where to go. As Cristina had no one renting the day before us or the day after we left she gave us flexible check in and check out. Would happily rent Cristina's place again.

We had a fantastic stay at villa arenada for a few nights. The villa is absolutely stunning, a very luxurious place with more than everything you could need. The villa has the benefit of the resort (concierge service and daily room cleaning) we were able to order dinner to the via from the hotel restaurant which was a great addition. Edoardo was so helpful and always at the end of the phone, helping us sort out dinner etc. The villa is located a short drive from the resort in a private road with other villas although felt very secluded and private. There is a small town nearby (Pula) which had supermarkets, restaurants, cafes etc. Thank you for a lovely stay! Would definitely recommend.

A great house right near the beach. Excellent facilities and what wasn't in the house, you'd never need! So well stocked with appliances, supplies. Rezearta made lots of recommendations and was quick to respond to any queries.

We had a great stay at Vittorio’s place. The house is very spacious and the garden is very nice. Internet connection was good.

Great house in Chia - we felt right at home - the house is very comfortable with everything you can imagine for a Family to cook and to relax - really great location too close to the beaches - we would definitely stay again

Marcus Villa is a beautiful spot, the description in Airbnb is accurate and it was spotless clean. Due to the fact that we stayed in October, the surrounding was very peaceful, the ocean is a bit semi optimal for swimming in October but as you have the pool you don’t need to worry about that. The location itself is good to reach beautiful beaches. The host is super responsive. And even helped us to get a shuttle from the airport for €65 per way. We also were there with the camper 7 m length and could park it there. The kitchen is a dream, the two single beds are rather for kids than for adults. The outdoor shower is fantastic. Please ask the host for directions, because the address in Airbnb may seem correct but Google maps simply gives you the wrong directions to get there. You need to enter the gated community via a different entrance than Google shows you. Overall, we had an amazing stay at this wonderful villa ! Grazie Mille 🙏

We were at the apartment for a familytrip with 8 cousins. The apartment is very big and has more than enough space. We loved the garden and the dining space outside. Amelia was very kind and always reachable with any questions. The apartment has all the facilities you need for a holiday like a parasol, beach towels, swimming goggles, games, different plug adaptors and more. We really enjoyed the time at the apartment.
