Great value option if you need to get into Oxford on the train. Pub on your doorstep and good local walks. Going outside to access the bathroom takes some getting used to and the need to plan ahead before going up to bed. Lovely garden with stunning views from the bedroom. Headroom in the bathroom is limited.

I really enjoyed my stay at Helena's. The space was fantastic, very clean and well stocked, and in a beautiful setting - both in the grounds of the house and the village. It was really convenient to get to Oxford both on the train and driving. There are plenty of pubs to choose from and a Co-op a short walk away. I can highly recommend staying at Helena's and hope to return again soon!

This was perfect for what I wanted; peaceful, private and in the most stunning countryside. June was very friendly and helpful and checking in and out was simple and easy. Definitely recommend!

Great base for me as I was an exhibitor at BBC Gardeners World Live so wanted a self contained space to stay that was 10 minutes away and this place fitted that perfectly. Lovely area and the boat pub on the canal is a 5 minute walk away which I highly recommend. Well equipped kitchen and great powerful shower. Comfy bed and convenient parking space. I’d come back here when next in the area.

I stayed at Elaine’s place with my 16 year old daughter. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. I could have brought the dog but be warned it’s a very small place ( inside) and there are sheep nearby. The little studio comes with a small enclosed paddock. It was just lovely. My daughter had the bed on the mezzanine and I had the sofa bed. Very comfy. There is no traditional oven/ hob but there is a microwave/ with oven ( wasn’t sure how to use) . For a short stay it had everything we wanted. Elaine has kitted it out beautifully. A relaxing space and very quiet! Perfect for 2 in any weather, 4 would work in better weather.

We were very happy with Fiona’s place. It’s in a historic quaint location and peaceful. The place was as described and had everything we needed. Nice and clean and would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay overall. The setup is ideal for privacy (you are completely separate from the main house, with easy access via a side gate). The guest house itself is surprisingly spacious (not always a guarantee) and sits in a beautiful garden. Temperature control was easily achieved with blinds drawn, open windows, and a small fan during the warm weather. Shower pressure and water temperature were excellent (even though I couldn't find the on/off switch at first). Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The best part of the experience was all the amenities included (coffee, tea, fresh milk in the fridge, shower gel and shampoo). Location-wise, Moseley is a peaceful suburb with some nice restaurants and shops nearby and easy access to the city by bus (even easier if you have a car). Amjid was nice to talk to when we met a few days in. I would definitely stay here again!

Little Rosewood Cottage is a beautiful space which thoroughly deserves all the great reviews it has received. Natasha has made this place lovely with all the thoughtful touches. It is such a cosy, homey place. Great location too. Short walk to town and easy access to the rest of the Cotswolds. Providing bread, eggs and butter saved us wasting time finding breakfast places and we were able to get an earlier start to the day. So handy. Thanks again for a wonderful stay

Our stay at the Garden Annex was great, we were able to come and go easily and see the surrounding area. Really enjoyed our time, we will be back next time we are visiting the area.

We had a wonderful few days stay in this cute place, made to feel really welcome (especially enjoying the brownies!). All our needs had been catered for, Kate and Will were wonderful hosts and the location was perfect for us to visit everywhere on our list! Absolutely loved the three friendly dogs who gave us such a greeting every time we came back and the very affectionate cat who escorted us to our front door each time! We were very comfortable in our accommodation and would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone. We have returned home now feeling refreshed and relaxed and hope to return again in the future. We had a lovely stay in Standlake. The air BnB had everything we needed and more, with lots of additional touches. The fans in every room were greatly appreciated in the warm weather, there was plenty of parking for all of us, and the use of the electric charging was really handy! It was well located and easy to find, and there was a lot of information available in the book. Simone was a wonderful host, very friendly and quick to respond to any queries.

This property is stunning, and when paired with the location and expansive garden it’s the perfect ‘home from home’. The icing on the cake - the hosts are exceptional. Very personable, proactive, and thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. It’s especially convenient for those visiting Warwick Business School (or the wider University campus).

Viktoria’s place is a little gem of a find. We stayed as we had booked a anniversary meal at The Farmers Dog pub, which was only a five minute drive away!! Also Buford village is a 10 minute walk away! And the beautiful Buford garden centre near by! Would highly recommend staying, especially having the hot tub in the private garden area was a big plus which we used in the evening to relax after our busy day! We really enjoyed our 3-day stay at Charlotte’s place. The garden unit is purpose built, attractive and very modern. It has a private entrance and is set within the large and beautiful garden of the owners. There is a sunny place to sit out and enjoy the surroundings. The interior is very comfortable, high quality and immaculately presented. Charlotte was very friendly and helped us out with local information. The starter pack of fresh eggs, milk and bread was very welcome. One of the best Airbnb’s that I’ve stayed in and well deserving of its 5 stars.

Cottage was lovely, exactly as seen on the pictures. Julia’s suggestions for things to do was very well received as was the little welcome pack on check in. All in all a lovely few days away

We stayed at the cottage while visiting our new grandson in nearby Woodford Halse. Communications from Victoria were excellent, as were directions. Upon our arrival Victoria came out to greet us and (vitally important) to ask us what we wanted for breakfast! The cottage turned out to be an absolute delight, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Our last Airbnb experience in May 2024 was dreadful and it was a relief to have our faith restored. Although the cottage was small, it was perfect for our needs. The bedroom upstairs was cosy and the bed was very comfortable. The downstairs bathroom was nicely appointed and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Although the cottage doesn't have a kitchen as such, Victoria provided a microwave and toaster, plus bread, cereals, tea, milk, coffee etc. Nothing had been overlooked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend both the cottage and our host Victoria unreservedly! Thank you very much Victoria! Andrew & Jayne.

We had a wonderful stay in Bledington and Laura was a very friendly and responsive host. She even welcomed us with some milk which I found very thoughtful. The home was comfortable, quiet and a great location for exploring the Cotswolds. I really enjoyed the shower and having laundry available and the baby items and toys were SO convenient for our 15 month old. The bedding and towels felt high quality, but I must note the pillows were very flat and the bed hard. Overall, still a great stay that I recommend to other small families and couples.

Such a lovely accommodation with everything we could’ve needed. Very clear instructions and detailed welcome pack. Brilliant friendly hosts who were very responsive to our questions and super helpful. We had a wonderful relaxing stay and would highly recommend to anyone. Had a great stay at this lovely wee cottage situated behind the large house. Could not fault it. Our host left us eggs, apple juice and a lovely tasty home made bread with butter and jam to go with it. The cottage was clean and had everything we required. Located 18 minutes from Bicester it was an easy journey to my son and daughter in law. Great weekend and thanks for letting us use your cottage.
