This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

The Grazing Guest House

This is a beautiful, purpose converted guest house with one main bedroom and two small doubles in an upstairs mezzanine. It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance. It also has an electric charger for EVs - at a small extra cost. The property is designed with sustainability in mind and boosts IR heating and bamboo floors. The Stables Granby Farm Near Shipston On Stour

Near the pretty village of Honington on the edge of the Cotswolds, about 2 miles from Shipston on Stour which is a gateway to the beauty of the Cotswolds and 9 miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa. The Stables have been recently renovated, underfloor heating, combines contemporary style in a character Barn Converstion on a farm in a rural location offering peace and quiet and overlooks an Italian style garden. Dogs are welcome and can run free in the gardens and fields.
