Award winning artisan Farm Shop with café and bakery all onsite. Keys are collected using a keybox so this gives you flexibility on arrival and departure times.

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. We are 5 miles outside of the historic town of Warwick and 8 miles from Stratford upon Avon. Our cosy log cabins are located on one of the most popular fisheries in the UK. Tunnel Barn Farm has 9 well stocked fishing lakes with an onsite Cafe and tackle shop. Each lodge has a 40" flat screen TV, kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. Bedrooms have twin beds or a double and all bed linen is provided. We are 20 minutes drive from Birmingham Airport and the NEC.

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.
